Only real complaint is that we smelt a lot of weed once we got out of the elevator. Overall, convenient stay, but overpriced for what you get. It’s what you’d expect from a “budget” hotel thats a few minutes from the airport. The gas station right next to the hotel, jacked up the prices for gas, so plan accordingly to fill up your rental at costco beforehand lol

Room was passable. However, the towel bar had been broken off and not replaced. Towels had to be hung over the bathtub as they replace them only every 3 days. Toilet seat was loose so caution was necessary. Bath lighting was very dim. Carpet had several large holes, worn down to the flooring. No visitors guide or pad of paper and pen. Of course the Gideon Bible was available.

I didn’t like that you couldn’t close the drapes all the way so I couldn’t take a nap in the daytime. Check in was all right and relatively quick. Also got charged for my room twice and when I called to have it resolved, I was brushed off and told to just call my bank. Took me two weeks to get my money back.

5 minute ride to the airport was our factor in choosing this hotel. It was clean, smelled nice and had a comfortable bed. It offers hot breakfast but we had an early checkout so didnt get to try that. Walkable to a few food options. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is a nice feature. Be sure to call in advance to nail that down. We did, was given incorrect information, waited 2 hours, eventually the driver showed up. New employee told us wrong information.

Ok place to stay. Very convenient to airport. Room was clean and basically ok. Front desk clerk very nice. Very noisy outside. Difficult to control temperature in room. Made so much vibration noise we finally gave up and shut it off all together.

I booked this room because I needed to stay an extra night in Reno. The hotel is run down and not worth the cost. The hotel double charged me after claiming that I made two reservations with hotels.com when in fact this hotel scammed me by marking my hotels.com reservation a no show and charging me another rate without my permission. When I checked in I specifically said I had a reservation with hotels.com and the this hotel still double charged me. If you don't want to get ripped off, do not stay here. I will never stay here again and their hotel/ and corporate customer service is horrible. They completely lied to me until I asked hotels.com to reach out to them on my behalf. Horrible company and experience.
