Place is a dump. We came up for freshman registration at UNR. Because we would be at UNR most of the day, I asked the front desk person if late checkout was possible. The little cretin was rude and condescending/ checkout is at 12:30, after that, we charge you for another day. And he was an utter tool about it. Will NEVER go back to this dump. Oh, and there is a smell of mildew throughout.

We came in tired from traveling on our first day and tried the “Caesars Eats” service. Our order was received by Roxie & we waited an hour & didn’t hear back from them. I finally called & they said that they had just received the order & had been having trouble with Internet connection. At this point it was after 9 PM & we opted not to have them send up our dinner that late, I didn’t feel like I could trust them at that point. After 9 PM, there are not many options for eating and we tried their Italian restaurant in El Dorado. The host was not at their station so we had to walk in and ask the bar personnel. We did get seated in the dining room & because it was so late we asked the waiter to order right away instead of waiting for our drink order. “Chris” left the table and huffed off because he hadn’t taken an order from the table next to us yet. It would have been fine if he had apologized & explained, We just noted that he went to the next table & started taking their order. We were pretty tired & frustrated with the rude treatment and got up & left. We ended up getting Street food from a wing fest that was going on outside the casino. In the morning, we didn’t want to be disappointed & aggravated again, so we went and ate at a Dennys. We had an afternoon out In Carson City & tried to go to dinner at the Japanese restaurant and there was not an option until 845 pm. We actually never ate anywhere in the resort because it was so inconvenient. The location & room were fine.
