Do not stay here!!!
There was graffiti in the elevator and it sounded like the elevator was going to fall. The door lock didn’t want to open when i tried to open the door, it felt like there was light coming though the bottom corner so i had to safty latch the door to feel safe. The bath tub was chipped and the water phucet wasn't working right. They promised breakfast and it was just a pastry that you can get at the gas station.

The facility was comfortable but not luxurious. It definitely needed updating. The staff members were outstanding! The neighborhood was sketchy. Grab and grow breakfast had excellent muffins.

This is close to downtown within walking distance of all the casinos not a safe place for families or single women. I was scared to leave my car there afraid my tires would be gone when I got back. It is a very sketchy part of town the breakfast isn’t really a breakfast. It’s pastries, and juice and coffee. If You’re staying here because of the price safety may be a better choice..

Staff was very nice and helpful, very respectful and nice. The outside of the building where I stayed was very dirty and nasty. It needs cleaning it looked like an abandoned building when going up the stairs, but once I got in to the room I was glad it was the opposite. Very clean.

clean and comfortabke room with frig but door not sound proof so heard loud car traffic most of the time. under renovation so maybe it will improve? breakfast was only single serve pastry and coffee in room

Biggest little losers
People partying on the balcony smoking, drinking, and yelling until 2am . Woke up so many times I just left at 4:30 am. Low life patrons. Downtown Reno. Never again!

The front desk employees were very hospitable and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing wrong was with the TV volume it was on low and you couldn't turn it up. I would recommend this hotel to others.

No sleep
Room was old and outdated. Very small for two queen beds barely enough room to walk. Seen two cockroaches so was worried about them getting in our things. Got no sleep due to all the outside noise. People hollering, motorcycles driving up and down all night, cars squeeling tires and playing loud music. Finally gave up on getting any sleep and left at 4 am after checking in at 10 pm. Would never stay there again or recommend it.

The area is very unsafe. Homeless all around. My door was locked from the inside and I have to break the lock to get in. I spent 5 days in fear because no one’s fixed my door
