Water pressure was terrible in the kitchen and shower. Furniture broken. Coffee but No filters for coffee maker. Too expensive for 2-3 hours late check out.

The gentleman who checked me in was wonderfulā€¦I wish I got his name but he was welcoming and super friendly. When I walked into the unit, the TV was on and it sounded like someone else was thereā€¦which startled me. There was a door missing from the bathroom vanity, there was trash in the kitchen disposal, no hangers in the closet and scuff marks on all of the bedroom walls and dresser. Iā€™ve stayed at other Global Suites before but this one could definitely use a little TLC.

The apt was okay however i could not connect to WIFI essentailly the entire stay. i tried to call support and i was told i would receive a call / email back but no one ever reached out and i could not connect to wifi the entire trip. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional

The front desk people donā€™t want to help you. Because you are a third party rental things are complicated with parking especially. The building next door is under construction so it was loud. The bed was hard as a rock. The room was comfortable but the e bed was miserable. The area is great but the tenants in the building make it obvious that they do not like renters. I have stayed at global luxury suites before in Reston town center and it was great but I will never stay at this location again. I travel every other week to the area for work for three years and this is the last place I will ever stay again. The place is clean but the experience for anything over two days is not worth it.
