Our trip to Crete
This villa is really lovely and in a great location although we had a hard time finding it after dark when we arrived. During our stay we drove all over the island. Itās an hour to Heraklion and an hour to Chania, and our travels took us to the Samaria George, Knossos, some southern beaches, the prevelli monestary, etc. The villaās hosts were wonderful! We would return to this villa.

Wonderful Property & Location!
We absolutely loved our week long stay at this property. It was centrally located on the island which lended nicely to our multitude of plans along the island. Markos and his mother, Anita were wonderful! She greated us with the warmest welcome, brought eggs, cherries, olive oil, and other items from their farm. The kitchen and house were well equipped for our stay and no detail was overlooked. We absolutely hated to leave and felt like we were leaving family. We will return as Crete (and especially Rethymno) is our new favorite spot. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Amazing Time
The most wonderful stay! So you stay in the top part which has separate access to the villa with the hosts underneath which we werenāt sure about at first but they were absolutely brilliant! You get the whole pool to yourself and feel completely out of the way. The hosts provided us with eggs from their chickens, raki, some meat and even brought some home made orange juice one day. Delicious!
We honestly had the best stay and the place was perfect for the five of us. There are pool towels and bath towels provided which they changed for us mid way which was so considerate! We had two occasions of the sun lounger breaking just due to some usual wear and tear and they fixed it for the next day they were so quick! Itās very close to small super markets or a large lidl. In which is a slight hilly walk or considering you can rent cars for such a low price Iād recommend!
Weād definitely recommend this and would come again. Thank you so much to the host and family for giving us such a warm welcome and all the little touches throughout the week you provided.

November trip to Crete
This has to be one of the nicest VRBO properties we have stayed at. It is a modern, very clean, well appointed villa connected to the property owner's home. However the best part was the host family. They had stocked the fridge with breakfast supplies, their own produce from their yard and olive oil, raki made themselves. The hosts were available to recommend sights and restaurants to try in the area. The villa is located in a rural area, close to town, and the major highway, but very quiet and away from noise and distractions. We loved the two terraces to eat breakfast on or have bottle of wine at the end of the day, We would highly recommend this property and it is very good value for the price.

Stunning Apartment
What a fabulous place. Situated a short distance by car from the coast with views of the sea. The hosts couldn't do enough for us providing, in addition to milk, bread & butter, fresh eggs, tomatoes and even home made Moussaka which we thoroughly enjoyed.
The photographs of the apartment are a true reflection of this outstanding property.
We hope to return here again.

A beautiful property with stunning views out to sea. It catered for all our needs.
If youāre looking at the reviews, youāre interested in staying here-just book it, you wonāt be disappointed. This house is beautiful and the owners hospitality outstanding! This house has all you need for an ideal vacation. Rooms are good size, kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor space is great too! We all enjoyed the fresh vegetables and eggs from their garden/farm. Located on a tranquil hill but still at close driving distance to major sites and beaches.

Taxoula la propriĆ©taire Ć©tait trĆØs attentionnĆ©e,en arrivant nous avions tout ce qui faut pour dĆ©jeuner ou luncherā¦..Åufs de ses poules,fromage,jambon,cafĆ©,huile dāolive de ses oliviers,figues fraĆ®ches ,elle nous a prĆ©parĆ© une quiche Ć la courgeā¦..accueil trĆØs chaleureux,Ć lāĆ©coute,disponible et non envahissante,jāy retournerais nāimporte quand,trĆØs belle semaine,Ć proximitĆ© de la belle de RĆ©thymnonā¦

Tolle Villa mit sehr gastfreundlichen Vermietern.
Wir verbrachten zwei sehr schƶne Wochen in der Villa St. George.
Die Villa ist sehr neu und alles in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Das die Vermieter im gleichen Haus wohnen, ist Ć¼berhaupt nicht stƶrend. Sie sind so gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass dies unser Aufenthalt noch verbessert hat.
Schƶne Aussicht auf das Meer und Rethymno. Auch die Umgebung war in einem gepflegtem Zustand.
Wir empfehlen die Villa St. George auf jeden Fall weiter.

Zu Gast bei Freunden
Wir haben wunderbare Tage bei Markos und Taxula verbracht, es war wirklich auĆergewƶhnlich und wir wƤren gerne lƤnger geblieben. Alles ist wie beschrieben, der Pool riesig, gute Temperatur und sauber. Die groĆe Terasse mit Blick auf Rethymno ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist Top Augestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Das eigentliche Highlight waren aber die Gastgeber! Wer darĆ¼ber nachdenkt diese Unterkunft zu buchen: Tut es!
