Great location behind Zugspitze
The property is lived in the outskirts of the town of the small town of Biberwier. Lots of great alpine views and convenient to lifts, hiking and biking trails. The property is part of a rustic working farm. Kids loved swing the cats and chickens every day. The house is traditional and rustic. The three bedrooms upstairs all have several beds and are interconnected. Kitchen is large, well stocked and has a large eating area and dishwasher. Bathroom is a good size and has a washing Machine. The sitting room is dry traditional with hand made wood paneling and a large terra cotta stove. Ideal location to crash after a long day outdoors.

Wir haben zu Dritt eine schöne Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war schön, sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Ein kleines Manko war der leicht muffige Geruch bei der Ankunft, der nach einem Tag durch Lüften aber weitestgehend weg war. Die Gastgeber waren nett und freundlich. Der Ausblick zur Zugspitze war atemberaubend. Ein Besuch ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

sehr altes, renovierte Bauernhaus ( Doppelhaushälfte)
Es handelt sich um ein Grundstück von 3 großen Gebäuden. War früher wohl einmal eine Schmiede. Die Häuser sind unterteilt, viele Besitzer. Zufahrt zum Haus sehr eng und schmal, kein Parken vorm Haus möglich, dafür muss man am Haus vorbei über einen Bach zum Hauptgeäude, wo auch die Eigentümer wohnen. Das Haus ist sehr alt, so gut es geht renoviert und hergerichtet, das ist auch in Ordnung gewesen. Jedoch riecht es entsprechend. Das Bad ist hinter der Küche durch einen Gang ( hinter der Wand befindet sich, dem Geruch nach, ein alter Kuhstall, bzw. Hühnerstall. Die Zentralheizung wird mit eine Holzofen in der Küche bedient!!! Haben wir so auch noch nie gesehen. Wir waren im Juni 5 Tage dort. Das Wetter war durchwachsen, sodass wir immer einheizen mussten, da es im Gebäude recht kühl war. Privatatmosphäre ist relativ, da kein Garten dabei ist. Lediglich eine Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus. Hatten eine Hund dabei, nach der Reservierung hieß es, dass man für ihn zahlen muß. Wir hatten es vorher angegeben, da wurde nichts erwähnt. Wir waren viel unterwegs, sodass es irgendwie die 5 Tage ging, aber trotzdem sollten in der Beschreibung ein paar Dinge erwähnt werden, damit es kein "böses Erwachen" vor Ort wird. Der Preis für das Mietobjekt erscheint und den Umständen entsprechend auch etwas zu hoch.

Urige Familienserien
ein uriges altes Bauernhaus, eine Doppelhaushalte ganz für uns allein! Stören kann man da kaum jemanden! Super sauber, super gemütlich! Ideal für zwei Paare und zwei-drei Kinder. Die Schlafzimmer sind im 1. OG. Das dritte Zimmer ist gefangen, d.h. ohne eigenes Fenster und ohne Verbindung zum Flur. Für uns war das völlig problemlos, da unsere Kinder so nachts leicht zu uns rüberhuschen konnten. Toilette und Bad sind ein Stock tiefer (EG, hinter der WohnKüche), das ist gut zu wissen, ist aber auch aus dem Grundriss auf der Homepage zu ersehen. Wir hatten einen Bullerofen in der Wohnküche mit reichlich Brennmaterial, der Vermieter des Hauses hat schon früh am Morgen eingeheizt. Alle Wohnräume waren warm (wenn man immer Brennmaterial nachfüllte) und gemütlich, ein Abstellraum, vor dem Haus ein Bach, ein Brunnen, weitere (oftmals wohl ehemalige) Bauernhäuser, ein kleiner Sitzplatz, Ruhe... Für Kinder wirklich wunderschön, auch abseits des großen Tourirummels. Ein Kirchlein und eine Bushaltestelle sind unmittelbar nahe, die Schigebiete haben wir in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht. Die Vermieterin supernett, immer hilfreich, immer erreichbar über WhatsApp oder auch persönlich. Der Brötchendienst über sie klappte super mit leckerem Morgengebäck. Wir waren sehr gerne dort, mögen auch, wenn alles ein bisschen "einfacher" ist...

Sehr gemütliches, gut gelegenes Ferienhaus
Wir haben als sechsköpfige Familie unseren Skiurlaub in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist genug Platz für alle und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frau Wörz kümmert sich großartig um ihre Gäste und der Brötchenservice am Morgen ist ein Highlight! Für Skiurlaub im Gebiet Lermoos - Biberwier - Ehrwald ist die Lage ideal, alle Skigebiete sind sehr schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Insgesamt war das Haus sehr schön und gut aufteilt. Wir waren 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern im alten von je 2 und 4 Jahren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gab alles was man braucht. Das einzige Manko ist der Holzofen, bei dem man regelmäßig Holz nachlegen muss, wodurch es nachts etwas kälter wird. Dennoch war es sehr warm im Haus und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Im der Umgebung gibt es einige schöne Ski- und Rodelgebiete und auch zum spazieren gibt es direkt vor dem Haus schöne Möglichkeiten. Der Eintritt fürs Schwimmbad in Ehrwald war im Hauspreis mit drin und eine schöne Abwechslung für die Kinder. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war top.

Sehr schön !
Nach einem sehr netten Empfang und freundliche Betreuung durch Frau Wörz hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in einem gemütlichen alten und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Von hier aus haben wir wunderbare Wanderungen in die Umgebung gemacht, die Zugspitze vor Augen. Der Brötchenservice ist auch noch ein nettes Extra.
