Toilet was squeezed in and low to the ground. Beds were comfy. We were awakened at 4 am with a false alarm (fire ) and had to exit via unused dirty cluttered stairway. The alarm was so quiet i had to wake up my husband. The breakfast was simple and unremarkable

Great place to stay. The hotel is clean and well maintained. No carpet in the halls or rooms which adds to the clean feel. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this a a place to stay.

I liked the room and building decor. I did not like that the freezer compartment of the fridge was too small to take our cooler pack. We missed having a microwave in the room.

Having stayed in other propertie's of a similar grade the past few days, Grizz Bear came in a BIG WINNER! It was bright, spacious and clean and Expedia's rate was good. Very convenient location too. While we were warned that this room was "susceptible to noise", we had a good, night's rest. The only thing that was noisy was the bathroom fan so, it would help with some attention to it.
