Ok
We were only there for a weekend, made shorter by a later check in/earlier check out than advertised due to Covid. We then had Saturday night spoilt by a serious boiler leak & a carbon monoxide alarm going off. The company sent out an engineer ASAP but felt this could have been prevented as there were lots of comments in the visitors book about how poor the water pressure etc was & I saw a maintainance slip laying on top of bin again by people that were staying the week before us mentioning how poor the water pressure was. If these comments had been acted on our Saturday evening wouldnt have been spoilt mopping up a leaking boiler & running around opening windows etc as carbon monoxide alarm was going off.

Fabulous accommodation and good position to facilities
The property on arrival was warm and very clean. It was evident it was in a good position near to the Lighthouse, within walking distance of both the sea and town high street. The house was well equipped in all rooms. The arrival pack supplied was a lovely and thoughtful treat. The only issues were on arrival the house smelt of gloss paint for which the front door needed to be left ajar in order to allow fresh air in to help get rid of the smell - and there were issues with the three showers in the property. We were unable to get all three showers producing hot water at once. With 7 people wanting a shower in the morning, it was a lottery as to whether your shower would stay hot for the duration - both the pressure and the temperature were an issue. HOWEVER, this did not detract from all members of our party agreeing it was a lovely place to stay.
