We stayed at the hotel for a short getaway. The property was clean and well organized concerning the COVID situation. Unfortunately the restaurant was mediocre at best and we had no hot water for almost half of our stay.

Wir konnten Vergleiche anstellen da wir gerade Aus KĆ¼hlungsborn kamen und dann MĆ¼ritz Beim FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck fragte man leider nie nach ob noch was fehlt und alles gut ist und an beiden morgen fanden wir offene Marmelade und sogar Jogurt mit auf unserem Tablett. Das geht gar nicht. Ordnungsamt ahoi wenn da ein Doofer neu ist und auch ecklig muss ich zugeben. Schade. Auch beim Abendessen wƤre es schƶn wenn etwas mehr ā€œ Zugabe ā€œ mƶglich wƤre. Ebenso hatten wir 1 Hochzeitstag was das Hotel wusste. Eine Rose oder Teller Obst wƤre schƶnes Anzeichen gewesen .... Rezeption super Service !

Insgesamt ein schƶnes Hotel in einer sehr schƶnen Anlage. Die Mitarbeiter freundlich - Corona bedingt ,haben sie sich sehr viel MĆ¼he gegeben. Die Wartezeiten im Restaurant waren zu lang ( zu wenig Personal). WohlfĆ¼hlen und entspannen konnte man sich aber auf jeden Fall und den Tag nach einem leckeren FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck genieƟen.

Great lake views, comfy beds, delicious breakfast buffet. Rheinsberg is less than 2 km away. The hotel temporarily didn't accept credit or debit cards while I was there and their wifi isn't as reliable as I had wished. Still, I would strongly recommend staying there.

Pictures don't lie this is a beautiful hotel and grounds, very nice staff members (although most don't speak sufficient English), wonderful breakfast, good food in the restaurant downstairs, fun pool, nice gym (note - no treadmills), great ice cream in the bistro next to the beach, boat rentals (staff there is also very nice+speaks English), access to lake beach... but... rooms feel outdated with no AC (not needed outside temperature wise but the rooms can get humid without); Internet/wifi ā€“ inaccessible or super slow most of the time; housekeeping ā€“ we don't usually give such a review but here they deserve it : bad . We ran out toilet paper ā€“ did not bother to put in a new role; bread crumbs on the carpet ā€“ two days to clean or vacuum; number of towels only matched the number of guests on the first day; wet bathrobes ā€“ were taken but new ones were not put in place; an empty plastic bag on the floor behind the sofa ā€“ was never picked up, etc. etc. we booked two rooms. feelings were mutual.

Soweit in Ordnung, nur leider zu viele Hunde in der Unterkunft. Habe ich vorher nicht gewusst, sonst hƤtte ich mich nicht dafĆ¼r entschieden. BestƤtigt wurde ich aufgrund dessen, dass ich sehen konnte , wie einige Vierbeinbesitzer ihre Tiere auf die Betten gelassen haben. Das finde ich unmƶglich! AuƟerdem gab es nur einen funktionalen Aufzug der zudem fĆ¼r so ein groƟes GebƤude viel zu klein ausgelegt ist.

Vi oplevede dog desvƦrre, at vƦrelset ikke var klargjort til en familie pĆ„ 4, men kun til to, sĆ„ vi mĆ„tte vente over en time pĆ„ opredning af to senge, som nƦrmest ikke kunne vƦre pĆ„ vƦrelset. Hermed virkede den ā€˜gode prisā€™ for god til at vƦre sand, da vi var 4 mennesker stoppet ind pĆ„ et to-mandsvƦrelse. Morgenmaden var virkelig god og poolen fungerede fint!

Schƶnes Hotel in einer wumderbaren Landschaft, wir hatten von unserem Balkon einen schƶnen Blick Ć¼ber den Hafen. Besonders zum Sonnenuntergang sehr schƶn.
