Buon villaggio in zona TROPEA
Piccolo villaggio un po datato ma gestito bene. Personale professionale e gentile. Buona la colazione e la cena. Porzioni e quantità esaurienti. Camere confortevoli con cdz phon e frigobar. Piscina datata, piccolina e poco confortevole. Qualche zanzara di troppo. Ok parking. Siamo soddisfatti per il nostro soggiorno.

L'hotel tutto sommato si presenta confortevole. Lo staff è molto cordiale, l'atmosfera è rilassante. L'unica pecca è il cibo (assolutamente negativo e immangiabile) e l'accortezza per la pulizia. Peccato perché con poco potrebbe acquistare tanti punti!

Very bad maintenance
While the staff is very nice and helpful the conditions of the hotel are terrible. our room was on the other side of the reception and we needed to cross a very trafficked road. The facility was missing maintenance from showers that did not work to a garden completely dry. Furniture are very old and miss basic care. Definitely not according to the price paid

Relax e cordialità a portata di tutti. Bellissimo.
L'albergo avrebbe bisogno di una piccola ristrutturazione a livello di camere, ma la struttura esterna (piscina, ristorante, aree comuni) sono perfette. Le camere sono piccoline ma molto pulite, pulizia giornaliera. Personale gentile e disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste. La navetta comodissima per il mare, mare stupendo. Se si vuole cenare e pranzare in hotel il prezzo è contenuto e la qualità davvero ottima. Siamo abituati a mangiare pesce e quello servito in hotel davvero ottimo. Personale del ristorante, del bar, delle pulizie, della reception, del Servizio navettta tutti davvero gentili, meritano pertanto una nota di riguardo. Arriviamo alla animazione, l'hotel aveva un servizio animazione per la mattina, il pomeriggio e la sera, era quindi possibile fare attività, sport e divertimento con loro. Eravamo scettici all'inizio ma questi ragazzi ci hanno conquistato con le loro attenzioni e simpatia. Meritano quindi, dalla Capa Animazione ai 4 animatori, un super ringraziamento da parte nostra. In complesso vacanza super ad un prezzo ragionevole, quindi i pochi difetti dell'albergo sono stati dimenticati. Ci ritorneremo appena saremo di nuovo in Calabria.

E' la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel e credo che lo farò anche in futuro se ricapiterà l'occasione. Cortesia dello staff e dell'animazione ottima ed inoltre sono presenti una varietà di servizi che permettono di fare numerose escursioni. L'hotel è carino ma secondo me con qualche miglioria può dare molto di piu. esperienza positiva e consigliata a tutti.

Ottimo posto per chi vuole godersi il mare spostandosi tra le varie spiagge di Capo Vaticano. In Hotel ci sono i giusti conforts e con dei piccoli sforzi si potrebbero migliorare anche aumentando leggermente i prezzi (più scelta ad es. alla prima colazione e ai pasti principali). Non guasterebbe un po' d'attenzione per l'uso della piscina evitando ad es. che la gente lasci l'asciugamani sui lettini dalla sera prima in modo da occupare il posto per il giorno dopo. Comunque buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Abbiamo scelto questo Hotel per il prezzo ma cmq 215 euro in due per 3 notti sono troppi per una camera ( bella veduta) mansardata, il bagno impraticabile e la colazione vergognosa. A suo favore la posizione e la tranquillità. Alla reception cordiale e gentile il ragazzo, indecifrabile la ragazza giovane con i capelli castani lunghi, qualche cenno di saluto e di sorriso sicuramente ti aiuterebbero a fare meglio il tuo lavoro e valorizzererebbero al meglio la struttura.

Come da titolo, la struttura avrebbe tutte le possibilità di essere un 4 stelle, bella piscina, servizio navetta efficiente ma solo per la spiaggia di Grotticelle, animazione top (ragazzi veramente fantastici), pulizia accettabile (anche se ho trovato lenzuola macchiate), il personale però è pessimo... il ragazzo del bar in piscina mi ha rovesciato l'aperitivo addosso, la ragazza alla reception sembrava in prestito. Nel conto delle spese extra ci facevano pagare il pernottamento che avevo già prepagato con expedia, due volte la tassa di soggiorno... casualità o fatto apposta?

Albergo posizionato a poca distanza dalla spiaggia piu' bella della zona, anche se datato, le camere risultano pulite e consone alla categoria della struttura. Simpatico il clan dell'animazione. Unica pecca la colazione che termina alle 9.30, un po presto per chi è in vacanza

Il primo giorno di albergo mancava il telecomando della tv,il frigo non andava...allora ho provato a chiamare la receptionist e il telefono magicamente non andava...dopodiché fatte le lamentele il giorno hanno aggiustato il solo frigo....ma i problemi più gravi sono arrivati il giorno dopo tornati dal mare siccome perdo tanti capelli erano rimasti dei capelli per terra e li trovo allo stesso posto e la sabbia del giorno...è in più senza asciugamani...ci siamo lamentati di nuovo e dopo un ora e venuta la cuoca per pulire il tutto...anche se non era il suo lavoro....comunque camere strettissime non ti puoi muovere neanche per vestirti,bagno con ruggine nel lavandino,doccia...letti sfondati appena ti sedevi faceva un rumore assordante...ed inoltre appena i vicini di camera parlavano si sentiva tutto...mai più !!!mi dispiace solo per i proprietari gentili...ma non basta bisogna essere anche professionali,sopratutto con pulizia e comfort il minimo che uno chiede quando va in vacanza e spende un sacco di soldi risparmiati duramente durante l'anno...
