Jesse at the front desk exemplifies what great customer service should be. He took his time & explained everything. He signed me up to become a rewards member. He was great. Breakfast was minimal but warm & well stocked for the items they did have. I'm a coffee drinker & they had all day coffee so that was fantastic. Not having a microwave in the room sucked. Everything was great until the last morning - I had a early flight, so I prescheduled my Uber for 7:15 - I was running little behind. When getting out of the shower I seen what looked to be a Roach crawl from under the sink. At that point I got dressed quickly & left. No one was at the desk at the time & My uber was waiting. I would suggest getting the rooms sprayed more often. That really bothered me.

We’ve stayed here twice and each time the staff have been super friendly. The rooms are as pictured and very clean. Very convenient to the highway. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel seems very new and probably is. It is nicely decorated, and the rooms are sleek and efficient. I really enjoyed the numerous options to place luggage, which included built-in benches. The room did not have a coffee maker, which is not a problem since excellent coffee is available in the lobby, together with great options for a grab and go breakfast.

Great choice in Ashland!
This hotel is very modern, very clean, and the service was excellent. Their breakfast bar had a huge choice and we loved the coffee made with fresh ground beans. It was also pet friendly and their pet fee was half of what other hotels in the area charged, making it an economical choice as well.

I have stayed here several times. The staff is excellent and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. There isn’t much around but plenty of stuff to do near by. My daughter is a student at RMC so we stay often.

Under top family-friendly amenities, it says “sound proofed rooms.” Tell that to the guests above us who sounded like they were playing roller suitcase slalom at 1 a.m. Tell it to the people next door who were talking all at once at the same volume. Loud. You shouldn’t walk into a room tired and leave exhausted.

It was a yes for us
The front desk staff were very nice and professional. The location for our visit was perfect. The hotel was very clean. We had one issue but it could have happened to anyone (and anywhere). The shower knob… malfunctioned. The knob was stripped and it was hard to turn on and then we couldn’t turn it off. The front desk clerk came to fix it but it was beyond anything he could do. He did offer to move us or wait until the morning. We didn’t want to move so we just waited it out. The head housekeeper came through the next morning and fixed the shower knob! Out of everything, I was more impressed by just that.

Staff were extremely helpful. Room was comfortable. Having and indoor pool, which is mainly why I chose the hotel was not heated and jets didn't work. It appeared to have skin cells floating around and wasn't filtered.
