Nice Experience
I had good communication with Bill ahead and during our stay. The view of the SF Bay is a big seller for this rental and it didn't disappoint. Overall, the rental was nicely updated and had essential appointments & furnishings. I didn't read the description thoroughly to see that there is no air conditioning. It was rather warm during our stay and the afternoon sun shines into the west fronting sliding glass door and windows. The evenings had a little but mostly no breeze; however, we could open the sliders which had screens for some relief. However, after closing up for the night-we found that the bedroom windows had no screens so, we couldn't open the windows at night because of mosquitoes. No ceiling or portable fans for air movement either. I did bring this up to Bill upon our departure, and he said they are spoiled by the usual bay breezes. But, would look into getting fans and screens for the windows. Otherwise, we weren't at the rental except for returning in the evenings for rest after busy days at baseball games and exploring the Bay area.

Such a cool house and neighborhood!
Perfect little vacation home near the Richmond Ferry and San Rafael Bridge make this a great central location. Enjoying a cup of coffee while watching ships in the bay is such a treat.

Fantastic Accomodations!
William’s place is adorable! Stayed there for three nights. Was with two young teens who also loved it. It is modern, clean, two master bedrooms and a wonderful view of the Bay. Will definitely book again if the girls want to return next year😁👍

We were thoroughly pleased with our stay. The house had all the amenities we required, and everything was in perfect working order and spotlessly clean. Its proximity to the charming little town was ideal, and we found it conveniently close to the ferry for easy access to San Francisco. This property feels like someone's private retreat with beautiful architecture, art work and interior but also very comfortable with every convenience. The property is petit but lovely with amazing views and good proximity for getting on the highways to different places. Only 30 mins to Muir Woods, Golden Gate, Alcatraz and downtown SF. Owner is great, perfect communication.

My daughter and I needed a place to stay while enjoying family in the area over the Thanksgiving holiday. This place was perfect. It was well located for easy travel to relatives' homes as well as San Francisco for tourist activities. The kitchen was convenient for the dishes we needed to prepare. The washer/dryer was so helpful when we had a spill. And the view is amazing!!!

Hidden gem
We loved this new and modern home in Point Richmond. We enjoyed the views of the 3 bridges and the walks around the neighborhood. It had everything we need to make meals for our 10-day stay, the beds were comfortable and the we appreciated the little extras like cloth table napkins and food storage containers. Gorgeous views, peaceful location for a vacation, close enough to the city.
We came to the bay area for a wedding and decided to stay here rather than at a hotel and this was the right decision. The views are incredible. It is a very quiet and private area with a great walk/hike to the beach and a park overlooking the water. The fresh air was awesome to breathe in. Overall, a perfect place to relax. Bill left us plenty of cleaning supplies and extra tissues/toilet paper/towels, etc. I would recommend having a professional cleaning crew prepare the place before guests arrive. Also, an extra blanket would be nice to cuddle with outside especially in the evening or on a windy day. I would definitely come back and stay here. It only took 30 minutes to get into SF and 25 minutes to Mill Valley where the wedding was held. I much prefer this oasis to staying at a hotel.
