(Alone male traveler) Just stayed for 12 hrs until flight so bed was comfortable and clean, shower was hot asked for tile floors due to my allergies which they were able to accommodate and few decent food options within walking distance, I would stay again

The places was fully functional and the room was neat enough. Generally, though, many things were pretty banged up, old, dented, or wonky to work with. Noises from the walls of the elevators, creaky steps, smelly sections, etc. This made the room/hallways FEEL dirty, even though I think things generally seemed clean enough. Room walls were thin and doors didn’t do a great job of insulating either. The staff was often friendly enough, but inattentive or unavailable. Desk was empty on several occasions and I regularly saw a line. Lastly, the surrounding area was fine if one is driving. But it’s not very traversable on foot. There aren’t any sidewalks, and it’s along a broad road with no crosswalks nearby. This is a little weird given its proximity to the airport. The distance to the downtown area should also be considered, as a ride from any of the ridesharing apps can easily be $20-$30.

Don't walk.....RUN from this hotel.
I have stayed at probably 50 hotels in my life and never felt the need to write a review. But this place was AWFUL. Upon checkin, we were greeted by the largest cockroach in the hallway I'd ever seen. The smoke alarm in our room had low battery and kept beeping. They came and took it out, but when we left 4 nights later they'd never replaced it. The "free breakfast" is a joke. The food is terrible, even for free hotel food. The dining room is TINY and you can't walk around if there are more than 8 people there. All of the tables and chairs are probably 20 years old with uneven leg, making eating tons of "fun". The carpet is probably 20 years old and torn in numerous places. Instead of fixing it, they just put floormats over the holes. Very classy. Had to make 2 trips to lobby because keys wouldn't work for more than a day or 2. Almost got attacked by a freakin dog in the elevator one night. Come out of your room at night and it smells like a Snoop Dogg concert. Guess it's cool if pot is your thing. It isnt' mine. The whole place just stunk. I know Best Western isn't "upscale" lodging but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Only writing a review so whoever reads it will have the sense to stay somewhere else. Anywhere else. Seriously, if I didn't have 5 people staying in 2 rooms, I would have rebooked into the Motel 6 down the road. It could NOT have been any worse.
