Good room; frustrating stay
Room was fine but the room key didnt work after initially getting into the room and it was never able to be fixed. We weren't the only ones either. Add to that, the door wouldn't close on its own. Kind of a safety issue from a security standpoint. Wife and I couldn't both leave the room at the same time otherwise we'd have had to get the front desk to unlock it for us manually.

I called prior to check in as as soon as I scheduled the reservation I received a phone call for a family emergency and knew I’d not be there to check in. The woman who answered her phone wouldn’t even take my name and told me she couldn’t help me and the manager was in the office to see about receiving a refund to cancel I called again Wednesday as Tuesday I was in hospital all day. Same woman answered and said she couldn’t refund or cancel remaining time I had reserved which was Monday through Friday . And again the manager wasn’t there and that I’d have to call back later I asked if I could leave a message for the manager she said no that she will be answering the phones this evening and to call again. I asked for her name and she hesitated and said if very low being I. The hospital I decided I’d take her word and call that evening . I called from 5 to 8 and not a single person answered the phone. I didn’t call yesterday as I was brining my mother home after discharge . I never once walked into the hotel and yet still charged offered proof of emergency even though I felt I shouldn’t need to but most importantly surprised at the lowest quality of customer service I have ever experienced.

We stayed the first weekend of November 2024. Tons of mold in both bathrooms, trash left in the cabinets from someone else. Plastic on the pull out sofa was not attached and ripped, and there were no sheets on it. The pool was freezing and then closed the next morning so that was concerning. The elevators were not working properly one kept getting stuck, and they were due for service in September.

Hotel was clean .Front desk staff were great.Price was great value !Breakfast was great . They need to toss the lumpy pillows I’d rather have just two great pillows on the bed rather than 6 ..some good some not ! Highway noise is very loud .. I’d definitely stay again but would request a room on the side .
