We stayed 1 night. The room Was fine however the bathroom was not clean. Floor was sticky and had hair on it. The shower doors were smeared as was the mirror. Not the best at all.

I love it
The hotel is exceptional. My second stay. The manager was almost always there both times. He seems to have a wonderful demeanor with his staff and guests. The hotel is new, clean, very well appointed. The outside, separate spaces with comfortable seating around beautiful gaslight pits is an easy place to have friends (or alone, as I did). Best place in Richmond!

Facility looks brand new. My only compliant was the scent of room refresher in the hallways and common areas of the Hotel was too strong. The scent is not noticeable in the rooms so was not a problem in that regard.

A few things. Window blind did not work. The ledge on the window had peeled up paint and plaster. But worst was the shower curtain had black spots and a large yellow stain across the bottom. Breakfast was not good however the girl tending it was very nice. Hotel needs to pay more attention to detail.
