The property needs TLC,. The sinks don’t drain properly, the room refrigerator doesn’t fit in the cabinets, etc. We have stayed here 3 times, and we will look for somewhere else on our next visit to Glen Allen Va.

I booked this property because they have an indoor pool. Upon arrival and check in I asked about the pool hours and was told the pool was closed for maintenance/repairs. I said this wasn’t disclosed during booking nor was it updated on their website. The woman shrugged and said oh well it just happened a few days ago. This is something that needs to be disclosed and updated and by looking at the state of the pool this was not a new thing. It seemed to have been this way and had I known I would’ve found another hotel with a working pool as my children were looking forward to swimming. The stay otherwise was very nice and everything was clean. I’d stay at this chain of hotels again they could do better with keeping the information updated.

We booked this property for the pool/hot tub and because it was halfway home from a road trip. It was disappointing to check in and find the pool out of service. The bathtub acrylic was chipped and cracked. There were plenty of vacant rooms so it’s unclear why they would place guests there unless the rest of the rooms were similarly lacking maintenance.
