The food at the bar and lobby restaurant, Brookfield is fast and great. I enjoyed being able to bring it back to my room as well. The hotel is clean, restful, quiet, and a quick walk from campus.

We enjoyed our stay. Great rooftop bar and views are amazing from the top. Walking distance to some restaurants and bars. There is valet parking that you pay for daily and we spent another $200 at the hotel for drinks, breakfast, etc. In room instant coffee is terrible, but hotel provides two cans of water. And toilet paper is one-ply. I can't do that; I'm two-ply all the way. Advice: be prepared to pay for extras and bring your own toilet paper. My husband now wants to make sure we bring our own because of this incident.

This hotel was great and the people were all so friendly and willing to help. Erica was awesome on check in and our room upgrade was amazing and made a stressful trip way more enjoyable. The rooftop view was awesome. We had a leak in our bathroom from another room and Shawn from maintenance took care of it and they switched us to another room with no issues. We will definitely stay here again. The service and attention was just great!

The property was nice. Like the themed Graduate Decor. It was clean and staff was friendly. They offered breakfast downstairs in lobby restaurant for a fee. We ate at a cool local favorite restaurant nearby called Village Cafe'. Love this place! Serves breakfast all day. Full bar! Great service! Great prices! Big portions! Great menu and delicious! Back to "The Graduate ". The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was too. However, paint was chipped badly in shower. Shampoo and soap dispensers needed to be wiped off in shower. Ceiling above bed needed to be smoothed over. Looks like a prior leak was there. Overall, hotel needs a little maintenance I noticed. Rooftop pool was nice. I cleaned out bugs in pool myself with the net before swimming. Really nice and relaxing area to take a swim. The main reason they got an average rating was the Front Desk will charge you $37/night plus tax for Valet Services you never use! We told the Front Desk at check-in to make sure not to charge us because we read this on the Internet from another reviewer. Well they did charge us! Charged for 2 nights, plus tax, equaling $87. Couldn't explain why? Couldn't give us a receipt at checkout either. I called back to get it removed that same day. The manager did remove. However, it takes 7 business days. Still waiting. I informed the manager of this erroneous charge. It left a very bad taste in my mouth after our nice stay. We won't be back.
