The construction in the lobby was chaos on my arrival. I went back to my car and called the hotel to ask if I was at the correct location. The receptionist was very nice and my room was spacious and comfortable

3/5 overall. Friendly staff!
Stay was 3/5 overall. Only 1 ice machine and it was located on top floor. Only one working elevator so waiting times were a bit longer than normal. Last morning the fire alarm went off...and on....and off...and on...for over an hour which was annoying. On the good side, breakfast was good and the staff was VERY friendly and greeted you on your way in and out each time! Renovations were not completed and needs some work but overall not a bad stay.

Room for improvement
The construction seemed to be an excuse for not getting things done in a timely manor. The breakfast was dry and seemed to be left out for long periods of time. The craftsmanship in the bathroom in particular was poor; toilet paper holder falling off wall, corners missing caulk and paint, etc. The desk chair was dirty and there were keys left in the room from a previous guest.

I think the overall stay was average compared to the other Hyatts I have been to. Room size, bed and TV was decent. Breakfast was a plus. I liked their options. Checking in and out was easy. Did not like that i had to pay to watch movies or listen to music. In the elevator there was a soiled padding with big black spots on it.(looked like oil or mold stains). Receptionist were not in any type of uniform 🤔 they looked like guesses. At the entrance the couch was way too close to the door as you walked in. The hyatt sign on diamond/cox road need to lit up or made bigger (can not see at night).

The hotel is under renovation and only 1 elevator was working for 6 floors. Also I had no toilet paper in my room when we arrived. There wasn’t even a toilet paper holder. Plus the pull out sofa had no sheets nor blanket. But the staff was very helpful & polite!

The property is under construction. It is a bit dusty, but you can tell they are trying to keep it clean. Our room was comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

Only one líft working for this big building, workers in the breakfast eating whit the guests and using the only lift, dirty and noice place we were not happy. Cleaning the rooms terrible and way to small bathroom and no lundary room and no safes.

Very disappointed
The room was dirty on the heat unit. The shower was terrible with mold /mildew and caulk peeling. The shave pad was in the opposite end of the shower. Leaving your face in the spray while trying to shave. The water took OVER 5 mins to get hot to use the sink or shower. Most importantly the door did not shut without slamming and extra pressure to latch. When leaving we were able to push the door back open several times before it was latched and secure to leave. THIS ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN RENOVATED! The linens were clean and we made it work for our short stay. There was no microwave to use in the room. The staff was very nice and tried to help as much as possible. Wont be returning
