Old charm and hospitality. Never slept this good in any hotel. The concierge Augusta made the experience even better by being very attentive and pleasant. Sure to stay here again in travel calls me to Richmond.

Location was great for us. Parking close by and lots of restaurants to choose from. Hotel staff are the best and always made sure we were comfortable. Room was nice and bed comfortable. All good.

Awesome hotel right in downtown Richmond. Very affordable and excellent rooms with very comfy beds. If you're coming for tourism, it is 3 blocks from the capital, about 7 from the train station, 9 from Poe Museum etc. Excellent experience overall and definitely worthy of consideration. To be very blunt, the room was nicer than many "name brand" hotels I have stayed in. Even some of the "higher end" brands. Thanks for the great stay!

Lovely!
The atmosphere and staff make the Berkeley a wonderful getaway. It was quiet, room service was friendly, prompt, and the food delicious! The shower had great water preasure and the water gets hot and stays hot. This is definitely a location I plan to visit again.
