The property is aesthetic and clean, there is a small bar and restaurant on site. It is close to Ridgeway, Colorado and right off the highway so my issues were first of all internal noise. The insulation to the our walls is excellent. I didn’t hear any highway traffic, but I could hear the TV from three rooms down clearly and people talking and flushing toilets in the room next to me like I was sitting there with them. I come from a quiet place and did not sleep well because of the noise between rooms. The other issue is they advertise their wonderfulbreakfast But didn’t note it was all Pay. The only thing they had for free was some coffee )that was butter and pretty terrible) and they wanted $11 for one breakfast burrito l. for what I paid at a hotel in the off-season. I thought some type of breakfast amenities should be included other than coffee.

Good location, easy access to town and Ouray proper. Nice rooms, well furnished. Only drawback was odor from water, suspect simply mineral laced. Not offensive, but a subtle odor

After we checked in we told the staff that we were driving to Telluride and asked how late the bar would be open. We were told 9 PM. We arrived back at 8:45 but the bartender refused to serve us, that the bar was closed. She then went back to chatting with the other customer who was drinking his drink. The next morning I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was unavailable but that I could leave a note. I left a note and requested a call back but never got one.
