Beautiful house, some things up for improvement
We stayed with a large group of adults. Overall the house is nice, spacious, clean and well equipped. We were lacking nothing during our stay. Also there is a forest close-by and it takes only a short walk to the IJsselmeer.However, some things can be improved.1. Contact with the agency: we had to contact them before the trip to remind them deduct the money from our account and to send us the door codes. That should happen without reminder. Also the emergency contact during the stay was not reachable, and as something broke there was not contact.2. The house: we had to vent many of the radiators ourselves, part of the house was under renovation and e.g darts and table kicker were not available (images of those were deleted from FeWo during our stay). This was not told in advance, but a small ā€žwe are sorryā€œ basket with sweets was placed. A door broke which was clearly not properly fixed in the frame, but we were blamed in the end. Electricity is awful, if you start the kettle, the light dimā€¦So overall, a wonderful house to spend a few days with friends and family, but the service and contact to the visitors should definitely be improved.
