Bel hôtel à l’entrée de la Gaspésie!
Chambre avec lits très confortable. Très propre. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil. Près des petits restaurants et microbrasserie de Ste-Flavie, ça se fait à pied.

Très bon services, belle vue sur la ville de Mon Joli et Ste-Flavie. Proche du site de Ste-Flavie et très bons restaurants et snack de fruits de mer aux alentours. A 3 min à pieds du bord de l'eau.

The room we had was newly renovated. Nice large fridge and microwave make this a great hotel for road trips. We had a balcony off our room. Outside the hotel in the morning, we found it really loud because of trucks driving up the hill next to the hotel but when the patio doors are closed you don’t hear them in your room. Just a short walk away are cute shops and restaurants and of course a beautiful view of the St-Lawrence. I would definitely come back here. Thanks Jonathan.

Policy on pets not well explained on Expedia listing. When chose room, it was not indicated that this particular room did not allow pets and that there were only certain areas of the hotel that you could have a pet in. We arrived late at night to find a sign on the door to our section that indicated that our room did not allow pets. I didn’t want to risk not having a room this late at night since it was indicated that there was no vacancy, so went ahead and spent the night in that room, but then caught hell from the owner the next day. He then apologized for his hostility and placed us in one of the rooms that was designated for pets the second night of our 2 night stay.. Both rooms we spent the night in had a mildewy odor, but not terrible.

Although Expedia's property info states the lobby hours are until 10pm every day, the responding front staff was clearly annoyed to be summoned at 9.30pm by doorbell and phone to unlock the front door. There were several other customers waiting to checkin after me as well! Pros: Nevertheless, the tiled room (pet friendly for a fee, and prior notice) and bathroom were tidy and clean, comfortable queen beds, coffe pods for all guests, and a large in-room fridge. Easy access with reserved parking in front of each room. Cons: The portable a/c unit was inadequate for the room size, and the contols were broken, though functional. Front door safety latch was broken. The area feels unsafe. Not likely to ever stay again.
