Stagecoach Stargazing near Sedona with a Spa!

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem! Our brand-new authentic stagecoach is beautifully decorated and hosts all of the same amenities as your standard Airbnb! We offer glamping at it's finest!

Our cozy stagecoach features a king bed and twin bunk beds, kitchenette, and beautiful patio area with a propane grill, fire pit and patio heater. Our new bath house is just a short walk from your door (les than 100 feet) and offers a eco-friendly Incinolet toilet and running water! Rinse off after a day of hiking under the afternoon sun or nighttime stars in our outdoor shower. Our brand new Rheem hot water heater is fully functional up to 140 degrees, but please note, if the temperature drops below 40 we can not guarantee the water temperature. But do not fret, the indoor plumbing is able to maintain the hot water temperature so you may always choose to clean up indoors!

Aside from the stagecoach and private patio area, guests also have access to the hot tub, community firepit, and outdoor bathhouse. Please note, if nighttime temperatures drop below 32 degrees, the water in the bathhouse is shut off...but can be turned back on at anytime by turning the valve located under the sink back to the "on" position. This is necessary to do in order to prevent the pipes from freezing.

Our brand new and beautifully decorated stagecoach is located in a quiet rural estate subdivision that boarders the beautiful Coconino National Forest. Rimrock is your classic small southwestern town where the locals are friendly, and businesses run at their own pace. There is never a rush here, so take it easy, enjoy your beer (or wine), and just relax!

Guests should be aware that although we are only 2.5 miles away from I-17, the last 1.5 miles is a rugged stretch of dirt road up to the property. Be prepared
Make sure you arrive during the daytime because trying to find the place in the dark is very time consuming because there are no lights lighting up the covered wagon and there are no signs to indicate where to drive or park a car. I can tell you that where the sign says "don't feed the coyotes" is a good spot to park. I felt like the place wasn't ready for us because the jacuzzi still had eight 10 lb weights on it and the propane gas for the patio heater and fire ring was not working properly or was out of fuel. I addressed it with the property manager however she just said that there was fuel under the stairs and that I could do it myself. I'm a disabled veteran so that was not going to happen. The barbecue was in working order however if you want to use the patio during the daytime you need to bring your own shade because there isn't even the umbrella that is supposed to go into the table. When you are going to the bathroom it is the most brightly lit thing however there is not a path brightly lit to get to it at least when you're coming after 9:00 p.m. when the solar lights are faded to nothing and the path is meandering behind in between bushes which for anyone afraid of squirmy or other vermin that's not a path they want to take. You end up having to cut through a rock garden which is a little uneven and this is obviously not meant for walking through what is clearly the most direct path to the bathroom. The outshower doesn't get hot like advertised and there is no door

Heavenly!
This stagecoach was a little piece of heaven! Star giving in a jacuzzi, bathrobes, outside shower, fire pit, grill, and the coziness made this place amazing. It was warm, cozy, and quaint. The details and decoration was mind blowing and much more than I expected. Stay here if you want an experience of a lifetime.

We have never stayed in a Wagon before, so it was really neat! The only downside to being out in nature is sound carries 🙁 Other than this, we expect it as we travel a lot.

Fantastic memories made
The perfect over night for star gazing in a destination location! Kids and I had a GREAT time. Exciting covered wagon that exceeded our expectations. The beds were cozy and very comfortable. The outdoor shower and unique toilet experience had the kids asking lots of good questions. We listened to coyotes and quail, and played on the rocks, and warmed up in the hot tub. What a great stay we had!!

Relaxing stay
We absolutely loved our stay here. Outside of the weather we somehow found the rainy days in Arizona. It was a beautiful place to stay and unwind and relax. Extremely peaceful at the stagecoach. Still close enough to places to go and do other activities if you wanted to. Would highly recommend staying here.

Peaceful stay
It was just as pictured! Very well stocked for a mini kitchen and had everything we needed. A very relaxing hot tub and even games for the kids. There is a dirt road to get there (just so you’re aware) but totally worth it to get out in nature and hear the crickets and coyotes at night.

The ultimate combination of nature and comfort!!
The property is amazing- beautiful views, beautiful amenities, camping with all the comforts you could want but still a nature lovers experience. Beautiful patio area for morning sunrises and coffee by the fire pit AND happy hour sunset views of the red rocks of Sedona and the mountains beyond Cottonwood. You can even see mount Humphreys in Flagstaff!! Cozy and roomy accommodations in the covered wagon with everything you might need already thought of - from robes to coffee fixings, dishes and wineglasses, grill, microwave and fridge, books on Arizona nature and little fun things for kids. Very cozy king bed (and bunks if you need them.) with fresh air or heat and a/c as needed. The hot tub under the stars is wonderful after a day of hiking. And the bath house is large and well thought out with all amenities you might need. Showers under the stars was a new and enjoyable experience with the fresh air and privacy of the wide open spaces!! The decor is cozy farmhouse and inspiring- host Kim has added just the right little touches everywhere! This was an amazing experience and we highly recommend!!

Unique experience
Girls were excited for a covered wagon experience and it was set up really nice, great communication. It's located in a backyard in between residences, which wasn't a big deal, but not what I would expected, view out back was great. Bathroom was a long trip, but set up nice, unique incinerator type toilet, but kids were able to navigate. The cost for cleaning was rather high at 150.00, and required pulling the bed sheets and placing linens and towels in sack, pretty steep with 3 different taxes, then VRBO fee. Little concerned there wasn't a smoke detector inside, host stated it would be a good idea so hopefully it is added, that's a huge risk for a family given the construction. Overall great experience with host and setting, hot tub was great relief after long day of hiking, and the kids got to live life like the Oregon Trail books they have been reading.

My husband and I went up for our anniversary to relax in this unique covered wagon rental. The views during the day and at night refreshed our souls. All we did was take walks, use the jacuzzi, listen, look and enjoy. The craftsman and thought put into this property is exquisite! We can’t recommend this rental enough.

Incredible stay!!!
This was such an awesome experience! Honestly… the pictures just do not do it justice. The front patio area with a grill/outdoor heater/seating area was so perfect. The hot tub was so peaceful. The inside of the stagecoach itself was soo warm and toasty, perfect for how chilly it was on the weekend we went. The outhouse & outdoor shower was a stones throw away, reminded me of being at camp. Super nostalgic and I absolutely loved it. I can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Amazing!
This was one of our favorite weekend getaways yet and staying in the wagon wheel was so much fun! It has absolutely everything you need and it’s apparent that so much thought and detail went in creating this. There’s towels, robes, slippers, coffee, blankets, a mini fridge, gas fire pit, grill, hot tub and a nice outdoor set up to enjoy the peaceful scenery. There’s a fully covered bathhouse with a heater. The property is off the beaten path and so peaceful. It’s remote while not being too far from the highway to jet up to Sedona or other nearby areas. We spent our days hiking and our nights curled up on the outdoor furniture reading and relaxing. Highly recommend this stay and the host is beyond awesome!

We had a wonderful time staying at the stagecoach. The property owners have thought of everything. The stagecoach itself was an awesome experience with all the amenities one needs. There is a spa outside the stagecoach which is perfect for star gazing. There is also a firepit for roasting s'mores and relaxing. We had a blast and will definitely be back for more stays at the stagecoach!
