If you are looking for a nice, private place to stay as a single traveler or couple in the Rincon area, this is a great option. The home itself is nicely redone, and a step above other options in this price range. The hosts have made sure that you have everything you need, both for the beach as well as hanging in and making dinner. The kitchen is especially well-stocked with all the tools you will need. There are a few soft coolers, beach chairs, as well as an umbrella that you can haul with you to nearby Corcega beach (or, my personal favorite Playa Dona Lala which has some great food options).
The are a few items that I did not expect which tripped me up during my stay that I want to mention so that others don't get surprised.
1. Apparently the plumbing (not sure if this is specific to this home, the neighborhood or Rincon in total) is delicate. Because of that, the hosts ask that you do NOT put toilet paper down the toilet. There is a bidet seat, but this was a new experience for us. This was not mentioned in the listing that I can remember. the living room.
2. The shower faucet is pretty sticky. My wife could not turn it on herself, and there were times that I had to put a significant portion of my strength into pulling it out so that it would turn on. My biggest fear was that it was just going to snap at some point.
3. Unless you have an absolutely tiny rental car, it isn't going to fit in the gate. Ours was a subcompact, and it was about a foot too long.
