If you are looking for a safe place to stay in Rincon where you can lie your head, and have no expectations; this will do. There are beaches, supermarket and eateries. Parking is included on property. Manager was very friendly and helpful.

YOU JUST CANT BEAT THIS LOCATION ACROSS FROM THE MARRIOT, BEACHFRONT. NEXT TO ALL THE GREAT RESTAURANTS AND WALGREENS. EDDY THE MANAGER IS OUTSTANDING. SERIOUSLY, THIS IS ONE COOL AND AWESOME PLACE TO STAY. HOT WATER AND PLENTY OF AIR CONDITION, NICE AND QUIET. WAY TO GO EDDY!!!

The landlord was very communicative and helpful. Texted me not only about how to get into the apartment after hours, but about the lunch special at the restaurant below and about a cultural fair in town one of the nights. Recommended and would stay again.

I’m gonna say it was worth the money. It was a roof over our heads, check in was super easy and we got what we paid for. The location is nice. A few minute walk and you’re at a beach or a bar. It’s not a few hundred dollar hotel room. A/C worked, fridge was cold, everything was as promised.

The apartment served its purpose. I needed a space to sleep for 2 nights and nothing more. You can tell the apartment isn't professionally cleaned. Seems like the owner may be doing the cleaning. If you're okay with mediocre cleanliness, then you will be fine. Honestly, the place was inexpensive and met my needs so I can't complain. You get what you pay for.

After checking the place I saw a kitchen bell in function a few feet from the bedroom window and the window would not close, listening to the blower every time the kitchen was open and smelling the blowing from the kitchen in the room at times, checked all windows in the apt only 1 out of 7 closed, I told them I would look for another place and leave since there was no other room available. I was told I had an hour to decide or there wouldn't be a refund. We couldn't find another place since it was Valentines weekend. The only double bed out of 3, the mattress was in bad condition you could feel the springs as you seat, lay down or move. I will not stay at this place again.

Great bang for the buck, super close to downtown and shopping. Convienient location. Minimally furnished. Great for broke beach bums. Beds were ok. Not super comfy. No microwave. AC was good. 5 min walk to beach. Rincon was the shiznit. Owners were nice.
