My boys and I enjoyed our stay here very much. It had everything we needed. It was in a great location, close to many restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Rincón.

Wonderful stay!
We loved this home, the area, and Rincon! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The outdoor patio with outdoor shower is fantastic. There was plenty of space for our family—a couple and two teenagers. Peter is a gem. He responds quickly to any question and truly cares about his guests’ stay.

Perfect layout, neighborhood, and location in Rincón Black Eagle Beach area
Our family of six had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. It was in a safe, clean, gated community with a pool. Five minute walk to Black Eagle Beach (swimming, snorkeling) and several Marina vendors and bars. Quick drive to the square for farmer’s market, bars, coffee… also snorkeled at Steps Beach, also nearby. Great location. The house was spotless, well appointed, dry, and loved the covered gazebo and outdoor showers. 10/10

We Enjoyed Our Stay
The condo is spacious and comfortable. It is very clean and well taken care of. Decorated beautifully. It was more modern looking that I expected. It is located in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. Stocked with everything we needed to last a day or two until we made it to the grocery store. The location was close to several beaches and what I called the town square or downtown Rincon. We did not encounter any problems while staying there but communication with the host was good. There was a power outage one day and the backup generator kicked in immediately. It is a great value and I would recommend it to anyone.

Clean, Convenient, and lots of Amenities
We had two extra nights to stay on the west side of the island. We were so happy with our choice. Convenient to Steps Bch, downtown Rincón, and centrally situated on the East side, the location is perfect. Everything is secured via 4 digit codes so no keys to keep up with. The unit is in a neatly kept neighborhood, and the unit is cozy but extremely clean and well-organized. I swam in the pool both mornings, very nice and well-kept. Outdoor spaces were very nice for relaxing and grill was easy to use. We also enjoyed beach chairs, cooler, and towels. There were four of us and it was easy to fit all adult-sized (couch is comfortable too!). Host was responsive to all questions and extremely accommodating.

Peaceful Rincón
The property is located in a gated community steps from the beach and a small retail area with 3 restaurants/bar, surf board rental, surf shop, and more. The area where the home is located is quiet, well kept and clean. We were quite comfortable. There was adequate space/seating for our party of three. Plenty of room for 2-3 more, but over six people would be too many. The furniture and beds were comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping. The outdoor patio was especially comfortable with the fans going. We enjoyed a short ride to Maria Beach for surfing. The Calypso Bar/Restaurant was decent. We truly enjoyed the ride up to The English Rose Cafe for breakfast. The views were breathtaking and the food excellent. Suggestions: A Keurig for AM coffee would be nice - there is a coffee maker and when only one adult drinks it, it's not worth buying coffee grounds for only a few cups of coffee. I was able to find a coffee cart up the road (CASH ONLY). Better beach chairs - we ended up not using the chairs bc they were small and were too high off the ground to be comfortable. Those items aside - it was truly excellent-clean- easy and accessible to so much. I highly recommend this home without hesitation or reservations. We will be back

We only booked this spot for the first three days of our trip and due to flight issues we only go to explore for two which was so disappointing because we LOVED everything about Rincon and this rental. This was the best equipped house we have rented. The linens were great. The bathrooms clean and very functional. Water was great. The kitchen was amazing. I felt like I was at my own house. I will definitely stay here again.

The condo is clean, bright and airy. It had all supplies and amenities needed and more (closet and storage space is luxurious— when do you ever get a walk-in closet on vaca?!). Proximity to beginner surf beach and smoothie/coffee/breakfast burrito trucks was awesome. Access to pool for post beach day dip was nice. Easy drive to other spots to mix it up. Great rental, everything as pictured. Thanks!!

Family Time at the Azalea Beach House
This was a beautiful little beach house. It met my adult kids' expectations and was exactly what Pete painted the image of the house to be "Fabulous". Will definitely recommend the place to friends and family. I also would like to acknowledge Peter's book about Rincon and its rich history and the large photo prints throughout the house. Bravo!
