Fantasy's renovations are done!
This beachfront villa is located on the truly private, Bengal Beach. Fantasy is nestled on a 1-acre lot in a gated community. Staff includes a chef, butler and housekeeping. Also included are grocery delivery services for a worry-free retreat. Fantasy has 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. With it's own full-sized pool and patio just 30 feet from the beach, we offer a truly relaxing vacation on our golden sanded beach.

We also have another 5 bedroom beachfront villa right beside this villa Fantasy. This villa Fantasy is a 6 bedroom situated on a 1-acre lot, and the other villa Beachnut (4254709) is a 5 bedroom situated on a 1/2-acre lot. Each villa has its own private pool. Renting both villas side by side is perfect for larger groups.

FANTASY is a 6-bedroom beachfront villa situated on the private "Bengal Beach" in Rio Bueno harbour. Located on the beautiful north coast of Jamaica in the middle between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, Montego Bay's Sangster International Airport is just 45 minutes away. Come swim in the Caribbean & taste the "finest flowers" Jamaica has to offer under star-filled skies. Enjoy exploring our north coast and the many island activities and attractions within close proximity. The Villa is a open layout design where the living and dinning room seamlessly flows into the patio which seamlessly flows on to the yard/beach.

MEALS & GROCERIES
The rental cost does not include meals and drinks. If you want the villa pre-stocked with groceries, I will email you a Grocery List Form to fill out which I would then forward to the supermarket. The supermarket will have the groceries delivered on check-in day. Then a representative from the supermarket will come to the villa and take payment via cash or credit card the day before you check-out.
Generally guests pre-order groceries for the first 4 days and plan meals for those first 4 days. After arriving at the villa guests then discuss future meals with the cook and have the cook order additional groceries.

From the supermarket: The cost per person per day is $25 - $50 USD depending on the groceries order.

Property is gorgeous, nice location, near the beach. Spacious, modern, in a gated community. The staff was superb. The chef incredible. Every day she would make delicious meals and her smile was infectious. I wholy recommend this villa for a perfect holiday.

AMAZING vacation
This place is truly amazing, and has figured out how to make a trip with kids relaxing. The staff were attentive and kind, miss Jean’s cooking was so much better than the local restaurant we went to. Our butler Ripton was the heart and soul of the place. He was always checking in to see if we needed anything, and helped us arrange transportation to local activities. This was a great place for little kids, we had 3 kids under age 3, they loved the pool (had a nice Baja shelf), and the beach was nicely shaded. We felt very safe and well cared for, I would go back in a heartbeat. Be warned however that things are expensive - groceries, transportation and local activities were quite pricey, so come prepared.

Great location on private beach - very quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable house, suitable for adults of all ages as well as children. Staff were friendly and super-helpful, offering excellent service and wonderful Jamaican food. Plenty of activities within reach by taxi. Highly recommended.

Simply perfect
From beginning to end everything was PERFECT. The wonderful staff, the beautiful location....I can not say enough about Fantasy Villa! Everything was exactly as promised, and so much more. As if the picturesque location was not enough, they left nothing to chance. The home was clean updated and inviting. The meals prepared were AMAZING and made with love and care. This was the best vacation to date and we can not wait to come back!

Perfect for families!
We spent a week here with my two kids (age 7) and parents (six of us total), and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. The photos give you a good sense of how charming the house and property is and the fact that you're right on a beautiful beach. What the photos don't capture is how perfect the bay is for families; calm, shallow for a long way out, and very safe for kids (or anyone who doesn't really swim) to enjoy without parents needing to worry. The photos also don't capture how wonderful Jean, Latoya and Gilbert are. I can't say enough about having meals, cleaning, and every detail tended to really make this much more of a relaxing and enjoyable vacation than others. I agree with all the other reviews; you could venture out and try some restaurants (which we did), but you'll end up wishing you just stayed to enjoy Ms. Jean's consistently delicious home cooking. The pool, two kayaks, paddle board, hammock, badminton set, and many board games kept the kids incredibly happy the whole week. A few tips: bring sun screen, eat out on the patio as much as possible, allow Ms. Jean suggest meal possibilities and help with grocery ordering, and don't forget to ask Ms. Jean about her incredible desserts.

Great Vacation
Our time was amazing! We went for sisters/cousins trip and have decided to make it an annual event. The staff took excellent care of us and provided us with everything we could have asked for. LaToya, Jean and Gilbert were very attentive and the food was amazing. The only 2 negatives: 1. the ants which you is par for the course on an island but still annoying especially right after the rain 2. On Saturday evening there is a club that plays very very loud music. It started around 5:00pm and did not stop until 4:00 am. Even with all the doors and windows closed we could still clearly hear the music. Not the fault of the owner or staff but it was a bit much to deal with. The pool is wonderful, I wish there were floats readily available for use in the pool, we asked Gilbert and he was able to find is a few- they had slow leaks but it was better than nothing. That being said we will 100% be back.

Quiet beach!
Things to love about this place...quiet, private beach! Great service staff!! Excellent food!!!! Best shade tree on the entire beach! Nice size private pool!!! Less pleasing...accommodations are showing age. Amenities need immediate attention (especially towels, sheets, pillow which all need to be replaced). A little added attention to detail would add volumes to this place.

We had 7 people in our group and every few years we do a group vacation. We usually do an all-inclusive but this time we decided to try this. We are so Happy we did as we had a fantastic time. We can't say enough about the staff Jean, Latoya and Gilly. The kept the place spotless and the food was incredible. We went out for lunch once and dinner once and both times wished we would have stayed home as Jean and Latoya are great cooks. The pool is huge for a house and the ocean was very calm and clean. There is no need for water shoes as there are no rocks. Nothing but soft sand.. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely go back.

The house was very nice and the beach (bay) was spectacular.
The beach was very calm, the water is very clear, great for swimming and for kayaking. What made this house so special was the friendliness of Miss Jean, Latoya, and Gilbert. Miss Jean made our breakfasts and our dinners very tasty. She is a fantastic baker. We went out for two dinners and we should’ve stayed home. Latoya helps out with meals and keeps the house spotless. Gilbert does all the setting up of loungers, etc. and made a bonfire so we could make s’mores. It’s all the little special touches of the staff that make this such a special home. One of the best vacations we’ve had using VRBO. I would highly recommend Fantasy. We also walked through Beechnut, the owner’s other property which is next door. It is a beautiful modern house, newly renovated. I would highly recommend it also.

The home was comfortable and welcoming! We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board and pool! Miss Jean, LaToya and Gilbert were fabulous cooking us delicious meals, keeping the house spotless, and cantering to all our needs! Gilbert even made us a beach bonfire for our final night! My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Fantasy. We were there to celebrate my wife's 60th and Grand son's 2nd birthdays. The staff was wonderful and treated us like family. The private pool and beach was a new experience for us. I highly recommended it for a super relaxing vacation. I can't say enough about the three Villa Fantasy staff members. They did everything possible to make us comfortable and satisfy our every request.

Great off the beaten path stay - Wonderful Staff
Home was great on a Private beach which worked very well for our Family of 5 with kids 9,9 & 12. Mrs. Jean was fantastic and cooked amazing meals for us, whether it was fish caught off the beach, jerk chicken or the best rum cake we've ever had. The food was definately a highlight! Gilbert was always working on the grounds and built us a great bonfire one evening which everyone loved. Pool was great for the kids, but they loved the ocean as well as it was very calm and clear. Kayak's were a hit as well and easy to use. The house itself was cozy but we didn't spend too much time inside. It's somewhat rustic, but that was part of the island appeal. Mrs. Latoya kept everything very clean and fresh. AC in the bedrooms worked well and made sleeping confortable. There is no AC in the main living area so hanging out there in the evening wasn't ideal, but we usually spent time outside, ate our meals on the patio watching the sunset over the water and the retired after a long day. I would recommend some bug spray for the evenings. Matt was very responsive to our needs and answered any questions we had. He even helped arrange for some additional cash we needed as there isn't much around the home itself. Overall a great relaxing stay, and the first time I didn't wear a watch for probably 20 years. Kids loved playing, relaxing, reading, etc. Great Family time!

This is your "Dream " Vacation!
Our family has traveled to many beautiful and unique spots over the years and this is by far one of our most beloved vacations. The home is immaculate and the perfect size. The view is gorgeous and quiet mornings out by the beach are wonderful. Now, where do I begin about the staff! Gilbert kept the grounds, lights, chairs, pool, etc in perfect order. He was there to answer questions and kept us feeling safe at all times. Latoya and Miss Jean are now Family! They kept the house spotless - towels always fresh, clean and available. The FOOD was so wonderful. Miss Jean went to the grocery store with us and whatever we asked for - she delivered! My youngest is gluten free and Miss Jean made special plates at each meal for her - she was in heaven! Every meal was perfect! I cannot say enough wonderful comments regarding this special trip. You WILL NOT be disappointed with a single thing. - This will be one of your favorite trips ever!

Perfect for total relaxation!
Our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler absolutely loved our vacation at Fantasy! The home is beautiful and comfy. The pool is wonderful and the beach is only steps from the back door. There is plenty of yard space for children to play and we loved that there was so much shaded area to be able to enjoy outdoors. Gilbert keeps the grounds and pool meticulous. Jean and Latoya do the same for the indoors—plus cook the most delicious meals! We really loved not having to worry about getting dressed to go out to dinner, making trips to buy groceries and fixing our own food. We gave them ideas of what we like to eat and they never disappointed! And Mr Clarke, the driver, is great to take you anywhere you might want to go. We only left the house twice while there. Matthew Moo, the owner, was great to work with and makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. We really could not have been happier and hope to return soon!

Fantasy was the perfect accommodation for our holiday
My family throroughly enjoyed our stay at Fantasy. It’s nestled away on Bengal Beach which is very beautiful, serene and quiet. The staff on-site was extremely hospitable from start to finish. Paradise on the beach
Fantasy Villa is magical! The villa itself is so clean and so well kept It is just steps from an almost private beach where some days it is as smooth as glass and other days a gentle surf The pool is quite large and a wonderful spot to finish the day We have rented villas for years with only housekeeping every other day so we were going to forgo the staff with worries about privacy but decided to give it a try. Best decision ever! Except for meals, the staff would disappear knowing we wanted our privacy. First we were met at the airport by Turbo who was from then on our driver.He not only took us where we wanted to go but was full of lots of local lore and a great guy! I even took a trip to the local grocery with MsJean the cook and that was a trip! At the villa you have Gilbert the caretaker who keeps the house and garden a paradise. Then you have Ms Jean who prepared all of our meals ( we chose to go Jamaican which was awesome) and so is she! Anything you want, just ask and it’s yours. Do not forget dessert! Latoya and Ms Jean work together to keep the villa so perfect. Fresh towels every day, breakfast lunch and dinner outside on the patio.They are both lovely people!! Matthew the owner was great. He was there to answer any questions and help in any way The sister property next door would work in conjunction with Fantasy for a great family vacation The week was fabulous, the villa,the staff, the food! One tip... bring some bug spray as you are in the tropics and after a rain at dusk, they appear for a short while Thanks to all!! We will be back! Suzanne and Jimmy New Orleans, La

Much better than expected
The place looked awesome in the pictures but once you get there and experience the place you realized that it is actually beyond the expectations. Great place, people and location.
