My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing for several reasons.
First, the room was absurdly small, leaving barely enough space to move around. To make matters worse, the air conditioning remote didn’t work, preventing me from adjusting the swing settings. The room had an awful odour and desperately needed air circulation, but the air conditioning made the tiny space unbearably cold within minutes, even at a standard setting of 24–25 degrees. This left me with two unpleasant choices: endure the horrible smell all night or freeze. Unfortunately, I caught a cold due to the cold temperature.
The noise from the lift was another major issue. I could hear it clearly from inside my room throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep.
The bathroom facilities were inadequate and unhygienic. They provided just one tiny bar of soap to be shared between the sink and shower—absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no shampoo provided, which is a basic amenity in any hotel.
The check-in process was shockingly slow. Despite having two staff members at the reception, it took nearly 20 minutes to process just two check-ins before it was my turn.
The worst part of my experience was dealing with an incredibly rude and unprofessional staff member during check-in. This arrogant older man made the process unnecessarily complicated, even though I had completed all the steps online and prepaid for my stay. He insisted that I fill out all my details on a piece
