Room was not cleaned, had to ask TWICE when it should have been cleaned without having to ask at all. Asking second time at midnight I was ignored in customer service line for other people to be dealt with and once spoken to had to wait another 30 minutes for rrom to be cleaned

Gostei bastante, vale a pena. Quando cheguei fui tomar banho e a água não estava descendo, liguei na recepção e em 5min subiu um rapaz da manutenção e resolveu o problema, estava com muito cabelo no ralo. Quarto confortável, ambiente silencioso, ar condicionado funcionando bem, vista para a cidade (porém a janela do quarto não tem abertura). Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Os atendentes não eram muito abertos a conversar, mas quando solicitados foram sempre atenciosos. Estacionamento seguro com taxa de $15,00 a diária. E me forneceram um adaptador de tomadas (para quem precisa de 110V, porque lá todas as tomadas são 220 V). Experiência boa com o hotel.
