This hotel is advertised as 3.5 stars but is really a two star hotel by usual international standards. The rooms are run down (not like the modern images seen online) and the room wasn’t clean (sand on floor, grimy bathroom, mould). There was also no mattress protector, just a sheet which I find quite repulsive. The usbc port on wall also broken. When I advised reception they loaned a plug in charger however when I went out that evening, someone came into my room and took the charger which made me feel really uncomfortable. I also needed it for duration of the stay. The breakfast was reasonable and they provided gluten free bread which I appreciated.

Nos dieron una terrible habitación que no se parece en nada a lo descrito en la página. Estamos en espera de contestación de EXPEDIA ya que tuvimos que reservar otro hotel para poder disfrutar de nuestra estadía. Apenas cabe una persona por la puerta de entrada a la ducha. La ducha estaba llena de moho demasiado desagradable. Los mattress de las camas estaban rotos y curtidos. Las cobijas de las camas con manchas y las toallas en vez de ser color blanco ya estaban grises y rotas de lo curtidas que estaban. Solo pudimos soportar una noche debido a que no había disponibilidad en hoteles del área.

They have an amazing breakfast there! The rooms are pretty good! The elevator on the left kept getting stuck though, and me, and my fiancé were stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes and nobody could hear us.

My door didn’t work. I continuously changed my key but it was never the key it was always the door that wouldn’t detect the key. The workers would use their key and it would still take at least 10 tries to work. I asked for a change of room and I was told it wasn’t a good enough excuse to change my room. Then, when they realized they said they would change my room then didn’t. Then, they said they didn’t have any rooms. It took them 3 days to finally change the lock which still had troubles, but was somewhat better. The staff would ignore the issue and they are very unprofessional.

Loved it! First time in Rio, very close to the beach and the buffet that is a few blocks away (I can’t remember the name) that has filet mignon was absolutely amazing! Also the breakfast and fruit juice at the hotel was great :)

A clean hotel, not fancy but great walking location to Copacabana Beach, bars and restaurants. The thing that makes this hotel have a terrific star rating is the staff. Well organised with reception staff going the extra mile, with assistance and care about their works. The front of house show that they are there to help, the person looking after bags, the staff at breakfast are the same.

I liked the staff they were very helpful. IT'S a very clean hotel the rooms were very nice.The breakfast was ok they may want to change up on there menu a bit. There are plenty of food options within walking distance. I would definitely staythere again and recommend it others
