We got the king suite with jetted tub. When we went to go to bed and pulled the covers back it was soaked with pee and blood. It had soaked through the mattress pad and onto the bed. It had clearly not been changed and was disgusting. They gave us a new room smaller than we paid for and the jetted tub didn’t work. They said a manager would call me and they have yet to call.

The beds are so firm that I woke up with my entire back stiff and in pain. We requested and extra pillow and none were available. The staff was friendly, quick, efficient and the breakfast was good.
