They were under renovation so it was really noisy and very messy in the lobby area. Our room was new but the air did not work. Had to change rooms at like 3:00 AM. It was pretty much a nightmare. Will not stay here again! Do not recommend!

Currently under renovation, which would have been nice to know prior to booking. Also, if you have a travel van or lifted truck with any kind of shell over 7’4”, avoid this property. The parking garage which is half a block away with no direct hotel access is extremely tight. The bright spot in our visit was Lauren! She was awesome. Did everything she could do to help us out and recommended several great places to eat. Champy’s Chicken. Thanks Lauren.

Fantastic location and welcoming staff
The staff was excellent. The cooked to order Breakfast was tasty- the oatmeal the waffles were great. While the hotel was under renovation, the staff were very accommodating and communicated exceptionally well. Fantastic location.

Understandably the property is under construction but we did not have got water or first morning and the heater didn't work for a couple of hours. We unplugged it and plugged it back in then it started working. So, it was okay after resetting it I guess. All in all, it was a good stay.

Our stay was absolutely awful from the moment we walked in the doors. The hotel is currently under construction and no effort was made to make customers aware of the conditions of the hotel before booking. There was loud banging & drilling that starting before 8am and it lasted until 5pm in the evening. There was an overpowering smells of paint & cleaner to the point my wife and I both had headaches. The elevators had boards and moving blankets covering the walls with paint splatter and other substances all over the floor. The elevators were squeaky and the buttons shocked me 3 separate times. We asked to be moved from our first room we were in because the drilling was directly over us and unbearable. The second room we were moved to, the bathroom was flooded from the shower. We were then moved to a third room where the fire sprinkles were hanging out of the ceiling and not fully attached. They also told us when we checked in that there would be a fire drill within the hour. We did experience the announcement from the fire drill and it terrified our children. We tried to swim in the indoor pool but it was absolutely freezing and we couldn’t stay in any longer than a couple minutes. One manager told us he’d give us 20k Bonvoy points for the trouble and another told us he’d give us 10k but As you can guess, we’ve yet to receive either. The construction workers there were very creepy & stared at my wife and kids making them feel extremely uncomfortable. We will never be back.

Came in for business. Front desk person was nice. The room was not comfortable to sit in and the bed was extremely firm. You could hear every outside noise and the person in the next room using their electric tooth brush. On the website it said the Hotel offers limited room service but when I called for coffee even that was not available. The location is great and that is the only thing this place has to offer..

It was my first stay there. Everything served our needs well. We did have to deal with an over charge on my card for parking due to a key punch error, but the employees were very helpful getting this fixed. Breakfast was delicious & every employee was doing a great job. One of the people on our floor kept making bumping & banging noises late into the night & we could hear muffled voices. The hotel was under construction so it was incredibly LOUD. We never would have booked this hotel if we knew. The property was so outdated and rundown. Horrible cheap soap bars and no tissues. Way overpriced for what you get.

We recently stayed at your hotel, and I wanted to share some feedback. The room was clean and comfortable, which we truly appreciated. However, I do have one concern. We were not informed in advance about the ongoing construction, which made some areas inaccessible and created a bit of a dusty environment. While we understand that renovations are sometimes necessary, we feel this should be reflected in the price of the overnight stay or at least communicated to guests beforehand. Thank you for considering this feedback, and we hope to see an even better experience once the updates are complete.

We enjoyed our stay. The only things I did not like was the parking. Both my husband and I are disabled, so it was hard on us. We also did not know there was construction going on until we got there which was a little discouraging. This was the first hotel that we stayed in that did not have a microwave. We could not heat our food. The refrigerator was not working.

The hotel is under construction so water is not guaranteed and property is very dated Parking is not attached to hotel. Hotel is great tat it’s in the heart of everything I’m sure it will be great after construction
