Not all it's cracked up to be
The room was very nice but the bed was very uncomfortable the central air did not work very well and the view of the river that I had was not very good. The staff was as accommodating as they could be except for the young lady that was working the check-in desk when we checked in. She seemed like she could care less whether or not we were even there.

Everything was excellent minus small changes we recommend for breakfast. Which is… please fix the second waffle maker and set them in a different location. It was a crowded little area that we never made it too because the food lines were so long. With them being in that location everyone was confused about getting in the three different lines. Only to find out that one waffle maker did not work. So we then had to switch to the regular food line. A sign or two on the wall for those who got confused, is needed to make it a little more clear. And, Once we made it to the front of the other line, the majority of the food was gone. Other than this small problem, the stay, staff, location were all excellent. We would definitely recommend.

. I enjoyed my stay at this property. Very quiet room,unfortunately one without a view. Im sure some of the rooms have a fantastic river view. Its a little far from downtown attractions for walking especially in cold windy weather. Fantastic on site restaurant. Reasonably priced. I would stay again if in the area. .

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay $19 to park my park overnight. When you’re paying good money for a one night stay you shouldn’t be charged extra to park a car! Also I was charged an extra $30 for incidentals of which we did not have. Won’t stay here again. 😞

Great stay. Only complaint is the very uncomfortable and noisy office chair. They desperately need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Best staff ever! From Valet to Front desk we felt like family and friends. They went out of their way to help in anyway and were the friendliest staff ever.Scotties on the river was attached to the hotel and they had great food. The free breakfast was delightful every morning.
