This property was in a good location if you were in the Akron area or close to the lakes, but is also located right to a very busy restaurant with an open patio and live music which played until after midnight. So I would not recommend it on that basis if you really want to get a good nights sleep beware!

Property was good, but the room was dirty. There were almonds on the floor and the previous guest’s towel hanging on the bathroom door. The shower curtain had brown stains on it.

Awful place stole my money and the staff and the GM and mamager are all small town loosers. Came for a wedding and i would not reccoment staying here everyone in the wedding party had problems. Trash.

This is the third time staying here. Whenever we come to town to see family this is our go to place. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is also close to restaurants and stores.

So the property itself had a lot of parking, which was very nice. The front desk staff when we checked in, was very nice and helpful. Check in process was very simple. The first look of everything downstairs is nice, clean, and kinda gives you a Home sense of filling. The elevators were clean the room itself was I feel nice and clean. There was a microwave and refrigerator. Some places you have to pay to park your car on there facility but this place did not charge which is great. They had snacks readily available to purchase if needed, like a little store. The only thing I didn’t really care for us when you go in or in the common spaces like the hallway it was kind of warm like there was no air conditions circulation. That’s the only thing that bothered me and I mean, that could be minor. The rooms air condition worked perfect and was great. It was a very good day . I would definitely recommend this facility. The complementary breakfast was great. It was very clean, they restocked everything as soon as someone took some thing. Lots of room to sit down. And that staff was just as friendly.

Overall a good experience. But... I rented an "accessible" room thinking it was handicap assessible only to find out according to the guy at the front "On Expedia, 'accessible' means hearing assessible. You need to see 'mobility' for it to be an ADA room." With that said, we ended up in a room that my mom was unable to use the bathroom....she was unable to shower and needed to use the restroom by the pool. The WORST part was the bed height. It was TOO high for my mom to get in without assistance. They guy at the front said even the ADA rooms have beds at that height. People with disabilities... please be aware this may not be a good fit even with an ADA room.
