Tremendously good service. Bog breakfast too, and it is in a good location. Mostly the staff were wonderful.

On arrival there was a note on the hotel door saying we had to travel to another hotel to collect the keys. We arrived by taxi and it had left. It was raining heavily and we couldn’t get inside. On phoning the hotel we were supposed to go to they informed us they didn’t have our key and didn’t know where it was 45 minutes later I received a call and had to walk 5 minutes in the pouring rain to another hotel to collect my keys. There were times the elevators didn’t work, the electricity went off a few times.

Nice hotel in a great location.
Very nice hotel right in the middle of Riva Garda a block from the lake. Very clean... beds a little hard... amazing breakfast. The underground parking can be a challenge. Would recommend this hotel.

Best staff ever!
The hotel was in a good position. Being on the main road didnt matter, the noise wasnt a problem at all. The staff very SO GOOD! We wanted to do a tour and they went above and beyond to help out with any information they could find. I have not come across such helpful staff before and l travel quite alot. I would definetly recommend this hotel and anyone that asked. However, the restaurant across the road was terrible, do not go thee to eat if you want fresh food!

Helt greit hotell i nærheten av stranden og med en grei frokost til prisen man betaler. Renholdet var utrolig dårlig. Fikk et skittent rom og måtte vaske en del selv for å kunne sove der første natten. Dagen etter fikk de et ledig rom så vi fikk byttet, men fikk da ikke rom med balkong som vi hadde bestilt og det var ikke veldig rent der heller, dog litt bedre enn det første rommet. Ellers ekstremt lytt mellom rommene. Anbefales hvis du vil ha et hotell rett ved stranden og gangavstand inn til byen. Beliggenheten er vel det beste med hotellet, men ville ikke booket det igjen.

La camera al terzo piano con il terrazzone e’ meravigliosa. Pulita, luminosa e profumata. Il sorriso, la gentilezza e la disponibilità della ragazza in reception più unica che rara. Molto comodo al centro con una bellissima passeggiata di 10 minuti sul lungolago. Spero di tornarci!
