This historic residence is located 1 hour from Milan and 5 minutes from Rivanazzano airport, originally a medieval church and later converted into a rectory, located in a panoramic position in the village of Nazzano. The house, owned by the family for many years, is also used by the owners as a second home, so guests can enjoy a welcoming and informal atmosphere.
The house has been recently renovated to offer its guests maximum comfort in an ancient atmosphere. In 2017/2018, in fact, it was subjected to a careful restoration that allowed to enhance the original ancient architectural elements, such as the stone supporting columns and the original terracotta flooring. The kitchen, completely renovated in 2018, is equipped with all the necessary equipment for those who want to have fun cooking the typical foods of the area or their favorite dishes. At guests' disposal: 5-burner gas hob, XXL oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, wide selection of dinnerware, dishes and kitchen utensils. Up to 10 people can sit in the lounge and, in the summer, meals can also be taken in the garden. In the lounge there is also a wood-burning fireplace, two queen size sofa beds, a game table and a 42 "Smart TV. On the ground floor there are also a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with a large built-in shower. On the first floor there are two large attic bedrooms and the second bathroom. The first bedroom has a panoramic window, a King Size double bed, table with chairs, wardrobe, TV, wardrobe, bookcase and other furnishing accessories. The second bedroom has a "Velux" window and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a treadmill and other furnishing accessories. In the bathroom on the first floor sink, bidet, bathtub and washing machine are available. Please keep in mind that some spaces in the furniture of the house, which will be reported at the time of presentation of the house, are not accessible to guests, as they contain personal belongings of the hosts.
The house is rented with the formula of "short lease", therefore, upon arrival, guests will be asked for 5 minutes to complete the formalities required by law, such as signing a short contract and copying personal documents. . Guests will have access to all areas of the house that are open, with the exception of spaces that are locked or marked as private. Guests will also be able to park up to two cars inside the courtyard, but they will have to take into account the fact that the access is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so it will be their responsibility to access it. Alternatively, they can freely park their car in the car parks dedicated to the entrance to the village (about 150 m).
