We stayed one night. The room was very comfortable. Big space. The hotel itself was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was enjoyable and everything was fresh. Would definitely stay again with my children.

Very nice hotel and nice to have secure parking for a city Central location. Food in bar was nice and reasonably priced. Room warm and comfy but the WiFi wasn't working on that part of the building. Nice overall

Enjoyable stay

Staff vary pleasant. Leisure centre vary clean and good place to spend an hour Drinks in bar expensive bars just down the road much cheaper. Really need to do something with outdoor space could be vary nice area to sit and enjoy a coffee or a drink Also don't think residents should have to pay for parking. Bar menu expensive. If they want to keep guests in hotel should look at reducing bar price's

Generally the hotel is of a high standard however, I did experience a few issues: Wifi signal was very poor for me [room 566] It was almost impossible to flush the toilet My safe didn't work

Disappointing.

I have stayed in Whites many times and like it. The staff are friendly and helpful the location is good and the hotel is comfortable. However this stay was disappointing as I ordered breakfast to the room and this never arrived. (The breakfast order card placed outside the door had been collected) .This messed up my plans for the morning and I had to pay for breakfast at another location!
