The Space:
As you arrive, you'll drive down a tranquil gravel road surrounded by nature, leading you to a stunning waterfront cabin along the Cains River. The home boasts an open-concept layout with a cozy living room featuring a real wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), a fully stocked kitchen (complete with essentials like spices, olive oil, and more), and a quaint dining area that comfortably seats four (additional seating for two is coming soon!).

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The cabin sleeps up to six guests across three charming bedrooms on the second floor:
- Master Bedroom: Queen bed with a stunning view of the river.
- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, cozy and welcoming.
- Guest Bedroom 2: Double bed, perfect for a restful night.

There are two full bathrooms—one on the main floor with a tub/shower combo, and another upstairs with a walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the second floor.

Outdoor Living:
Step outside through the sliding doors off the kitchen to a covered patio, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, perfect for dining al fresco. For larger outdoor gatherings, there's a picnic table right by the patio. You can also enjoy evenings around the brick fire pit by the water (wood and kindling not provided).

Activities & Surroundings:
The property’s waterfront location makes it ideal for canoeing, kayaking, tubing, and fishing. Bring your own water sports gear or take advantage of tubing at Victor’s Tubing, located across the river. Surrounded by nature, this peaceful hideaway offers endless opportunities to unwind, explore, and take in the stunning natural beauty.

- Check-In: Enter through the side door via Smart Lock for seamless access.
- Security Deposit: A $500 hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 72 hours after your stay, pending any damages.
