The room I was booked had a leaking toilet from the bottom and I had to dry the bathroom floor myself at 11:20 p.m . As I was getting ready at 10:00 a.m this morning , the house keeper didn’t knock on my room door before entering the room I occupied and was still in before checking out before 11:00 a.m. House keeping should never enter a room before the 11:00 a.m check out time. I am very disappointed.

The day I arrived the key to my room did not work and I had to change rooms the refrigerator did not work and the key to the new room did not work. I had to keep going to the front fl desk and no one was ever there. After waiting for so long and trying to track down an employee she had to use her master key to let us in our room. This was extremely frustrating that our room key never worked the entire time during our stay. At check out I told the front desk all the trouble we had and she seemed uninterested. Needless to say I will not be back nor will I ever recommend this place. Sheri Ahluwalia

I called 2 days before to ask for an early check in I was told no problem but it was an extra $15 and I agreed when I got there no room was available and waited almost 2 hours and the swimming pool was not available but the house keeper was exlent with us she went beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable she was extremely nice and helpful that is the only thing good about this place I've stayed at other Best Western and never was disappointed with there services

I was a little disappointed
We reserved 2 rooms Friday-Monday for almost $800 and the pool was closed all 4 days in 100 degree and above weather. The air conditioner didn't work properly but the staff was friendly

Staff was kind . Went for vacation pool was out of order for 8 out of the 4 days we were to stay. They gave access to the hot tub but at 105 degrees who wants to get into a hot tub . And when we decided to get in on our last night our body itched so we got out
