This is an excellent hotel that combines value, cleanliness, comfort, great breakfast, and good staff. But to be clear, this is not the 5 start luxury hotel. Riyadh is a bustling city with either very fancy and expensive hotels or lower cost non-brand hotels. This makes it tough for travellers to choose value / lower cost options. This hotel is very recommend.

This stay in this hotel was a very bad experience. Power outage from 5:30 am till 9 am. Not even internet and basic services. The staff made it even worse by not facilitating help when they were able to.

The hotel has issues with the fire alarm going off at the most random times. I stayed there for 5 nights and had issues each day. During three nights it went off at 3 or 4am, resulting in a sleepless night. The point of booking a hotel is to have a place to sleep so I asked for a refund. The best they could offer was usd 25 which is an insult.

كانت تجربة مريحة الفندق موقعه مميز والعاملين في الفندق لطيفين وتعاملهم راقي خاصة موظفي الاستقبال. الغرفة كانت نظيفة ومريحة سواء الأثاث والتجهيزات وحتى عزل الأصوات الخارجية ممتاز. محتويات الفطور عادية لكن المطعم نظيف وتجهيزاته جيدة جداً وكذلك العاملين فيه. تقييمي للفندق مقابل القيمة المدفوعة ١٠/١٠
