The property is convenient to the nearby hospital but the cable didn't work properly. The tv didn't connect.to.the internet to several of the channels, apps, and movies offered, weren't accessible. The phone was so old, the plastic was.cracked and yellow and the curtains were dingy. The tub was so dirty, I could see where my.feet had been, after showering. One of the towels had a footprint on it. I laid it out because the bathroom floor was oily slick and I didn't want to step on it, guessing I wasn't the first.The ac was inconsistent and the room was humid. The gap under the entry door was significant. The bed linens were clean.

This property is conveniently located near both hospitals. The outside is a dupe compared to the inside. Pet owners BEWARE! I was booked in a musty stale room because their pet rooms are ground level. I tried to make the best out of an unpleasant situation ( smell of the room, visible dirt and dust in the floor corners, unswept trash under the sink in the bathroom) the TV didn't work. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. After a 6 hr drive due to a family emergency, I catch the elevator up and walk to the front desk to inform them. I was questioned as to whether or not I unplugged the tv and plugged it back. I was given ridiculous excuses in relation wifi being guaranteed on SmartTVs, it was a mess but I remained because she was a sweet girl and I could tell that she was being fed the malarky that she was trying to feed me. She finally offers me another room (more accommodating, less stale). Due to my emergency circumstances I needed to renew another day only to be told that I could NOT remain in the room that I was in and I had to return to the first floor. As this was my last straw I informed this older less nicer woman that my move would be out the door only to be given a response as if she could care less. I regret not coming to the IHG hotel I'm in now. Their pet rate was cheaper. The rooms are nicer and more up to date. This is clearly a hotel where locals live and outside of the location I'm confused as to how the ratings weren't lower.

Great price, nice place to stay.
Stayed for one night. Front desk staff was very friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The litte details made our stay; free toothbrushes (as we left ours 6 hours away in PA), our choice of floors stay on and the towel art that welcomed us to the room. The room was pretty spacious; sofa and 2 comfortable double beds. The European pillows were super comfortable and we got a decent night’s sleep. The hotel was quiet. No complaints about the complimentary breakfast. Plenty of items to choose from. Exceeded our expectations for the price.

Great find!
We were just traveling through the area and decided to try this hotel out without knowing anything about the area. It was a great find! We had a room with two queen beds and a fold out couch, which worked great for our large family. The front desk staff were nice and helpful and provided extra pillows and blankets. We returned late one night, and the staff allowed us to use the hot tub after hours, which we were very appreciative for. The complimentary breakfast was good, too. On our way through the area again we stayed another night here since the first went so well. We would return again.

I booked this hotel and set parameters that included a pool and a hot tub. I was told they both were out of order, and wouldn't be ready until the day after I was checking out. The refrigerator in the room was in a cabinet space, but took up less than 1/4 of the space. The freezer section of it was full of some random plastic that I could not remove. I stayed for five days, and because of the size of the refrigerator, I was forced to eat all my meals from restaurants around, instead of using the grocery store beside the hotel to buy food so I could enjoy the area more, without spending extra on food. There was only decaffeinated coffee available for the room, which meant I had to wake up in time for breakfast, in order to have a cup of coffee to start my day. I hope they get it all sorted out soon, because if the hotel was up to par, the view is amazing from the room I had and would gladly dtay there for that. I won't be until that's all fixed. Made for a less than relaxing week of vacation.

When we got there to check in seen a note at front desk that the pool was closed indefinitely. The pool was the reason we were going there. But they did approve a refund. But they need to be better about updating booking sites.
