This apartment is located in the west end of downtown Roanoke with a picturesque rooftop patio featuring views of the Mill Mountain Star and Downtown Roanoke.
416 Campbell avenue is a historic building that was previously used as a legal-aide office. It was renovated by Garland Properties in 2017 and is now home to two 800 Square feet single bedroom apartments and the Appalachian Trail Conservancy. The apartments are secure, quiet, fun and decorated in a modern art deco style. The full kitchen and washer and dryer make the unit a wonderful place to stay for a quick getaway or long-term tenant.
Guests have full access to their unit and roof top patio. Full kitchen and laundry facilities are included with the apartment.

Campbell avenue is a major thoroughfare through downtown Roanoke, so there is always a possibility of traffic noise at all hours of the day. Typically, the traffic is limited to business hours and 9-5 commuters.
The rooftop patio is shared by the neighboring Airbnb.
Occupancy: A maximum of 2 guests are allowed.
Pet Policy: Please contact me after booking if you plan to bring a pet. Pets are allowed after paying the associated pet fee.
Smoking: No smoking is permitted on the premises.
Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee of $30, subject to availability.

Please note that guests within a 25-mile radius of Roanoke, Virginia, are not permitted.
