Casa Sunburst is a beautiful beachfront villa, located in a private, gated eco dive resort community. It features it's own private ocean-facing pool, 3 beach facing bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy stunning ocean and garden views and miles of sandy beaches from all second floor bedrooms. There are so many unique features throughout this villa and property, you are sure to be impressed; artifacts, monuments, paintings to name a few! Enjoy the convenience of a water purification system throughout, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a grill, wi-fi, washer dryer, solar power, and onsite managers that are available for chef service (at your request, for an additional fee), housekeeping, airport shuttles and any needs that may arise.
Enjoy the relaxing sound of the surf and nature while soaking up the Caribbean sunshine from the pool or beach loungers. The resort offers spectacular snorkeling and diving from its onsite dive shop. Also enjoy the convenience of the restaurant, bar and beach side shared pool.
The Palmetto Bay community sits on 150 acres and provides 24-hour security, there is a fabulous palapa dock which is perfect to do yoga, enjoy morning coffee, or just swing in a hammock and relax while you listen to the surf. Boasting high ceilings, several ceiling fans and a constant trade breeze, lush surroundings. With the alluring views of the jungle and the tranquil blue waters, this is beach-side living at its best!

Beautiful Location - Amazing Beach - Broken Air Conditioners
Our VBRO was very nice and was as we anticipated from the listing; however, we specifically looked for a place with air conditioners in the bedrooms (this advertised an AC in each of the three bedrooms). The AC's were present, however, they were all broken and unfixable. At the end of the second day we were required to move to a different location. The cleaning staff helped us move and were awesome. We were promised a refund on the first two days of our trip. We will see if that happens.

Great, quiet stay!
This house is perfectly located on a secluded, quiet part of the island right on the water. Everything was just as described and we would definitely recommend this house for any family wanting a relaxing vacation or somewhere to easily scuba dive and snorkel.

Peaceful well designed property
Our trip was great! Palmetto Bay is a wonderful community and this house is one of the nicest properties in the development. House has a caretaker that is one site that is very friendly and helpful. It was nice to know he was there if we needed anything but truly the only time we saw him is if we had a question and went to his separate residence. He is willing to pick you up at the airport and take you around the island as needed if you don’t feel like dealing with a rental car. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Beautiful spot!
Peaceful and gorgeous location with good food and diving on site. We rented a car for the week to explore island and were happy we did. I would recommend this house to my friends. The kitchen needed supplies, no spices including salt and pepper, coffee & filters. So come prepared.

Rustic Luxury
This community is the perfect combination of inclusive luxury and authentic culture/landscape. House was adorable, beach was well kept, pool and restaurant/bar area were easily accessible and the staff is beyond friendly. They'll remember your order from the day before, play with the kids, and just make you feel right at home. I'd come back to Palmetto Bay every time.

Relaxing journey in Palmetto Bay
Casa Sunburst is well located, on the beach, private and quiet. Villa has all you need for cooking. The private pool is bonus. Restaurant The Cove has good food. You need a rental car as it is far from every commodity. French Harbour a is 15 min.
