The Best Beach Front Location on West Bay Beach!!! This 2500 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, two story condo is very spacious. Sleeps 8 with 2 people to a bed, with a single futon couch, a single love seat couch that folds out., and two single floor mats for children.
Newly remodeled bathrooms. It is right on the beach in West Bay. It is close to everything yet very quiet and private. You do not get the people traffic from the Cruise Ships. The water taxi comes right out front for your convenience.

There are only 6 condos in this project. There are two huge patios to enjoy the incredible views from. We are completely furnished right down to BBQ and beach towels. Please see more information and pictures on our website.
Laundry use is only for 8 days and longer renters. Fee to use if less than 8 days.

Great Thanksgiving week on RoatƔn!
Spacious beachfront townhome a short walk to all the activity in West Bay Beach but located on a private stretch of beach. We brought our paddle boards and launched right in front of the house. Our family of 6 (parents and kids 19, 15, 13 and 12) had plenty of space to spread out. The sunsets from the deck were amazing, and macaws visited most mornings. Debbieā€™s local host Kyle was helpful and responsive, and Debbieā€™s recommendations for transportation and activities were great. Marisela and her sisters own Rides RoatĆ”n- strongly recommend arranging your transportation with them.

Best location
ā€œLocation location locationā€ is not a joke! It was perfect. Located next to Las Rocas Resort and Dive Center, West Bay Beach was just a few minute walk through the resort to West Bay Beach. The resort had a restaurant and bar with a deck overlooking the water. The best part was how quiet our condo location was compared to West Bay Beach. We would go to the beach to snorkel, get massages, hair braided and buy stuff. There was music and people everywhere, but when weā€™d get back to the condo, it was nice and quiet. No one trying to sell you stuff and no loud music. You could relax by the pool or take a nap in peace. The condo balconies were perfect for morning coffee and watching the sun rise. A pair of macaws would fly over every morning. I have to tell you that Debbie and Conny were wonderful. Our vacation was affected by Hurricane Beryl. We were to arrive on a Tuesday, but United informed us that we we could either get to Roatan on Sunday or Thursday. Well of course we decided on Sunday. Well Debbie told us the condo was not available, as the cleaning crew would not be able to get to it in time. We had to find a place for Sunday and Monday. Debbie was awesome. She gave me the names for three places to contact. Anyway I had rented a Jeep and needed to check in early to drop off luggage and pick up my son and his girlfriend at the airport. Debbie let us check in early. What a lifesaver! Conny met us at the condo and I picked them up on time. We will definitely be back!!

Great week
We had a great week in RoatƔn. This was a really nice rental. Literally right on the beach/ocean. Close walk to restaurants. The owner was a great help over the phone before we got there. She helped with suggestions and arranging drivers for us when we needed them to tour the island and get to the rental from the airport. Probably sleeps 8 more comfortably than 9. But there were 9 of us and we knew the arrangements before we got there so no problem. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to RoatƔn.

Only negative, but a big one: misleading posting of three bedrooms with one king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds, love seat futon and a couch futon. Everything correct except the twin beds were actually mats on the floor! Which would have been fine for young kids; but, they were very uncomfortable for adults.

First of all letā€™s begin by saying that all this property manager cares about is money and not maintaining the property. When I reserved the place it was 5 adults and 2 children ages 13 and 16 which when I made the reservation it asked for the ages. Last minute change another adult decided to come which I was ok with because it said it slept 10 and according to the way the bedrooms were put in the description we would have extra beds anyway. Well when we got there the bedrooms were nothing like it was described online. When we called her to question the bedrooms her focus was that we had an extra adult there and we were going to have to pay for this person which we had no problem but then my biggest problem is that my kids had to sleep on the floor on these jail looking mattresses the bed in the top floor feels like you are sleeping on a box spring and the futon the mattress is so thin you could feel the metal frame. There was no water pressure in the house. The owner Debbie attitude is horrible and condescending Conny on the other hand is the middle person and has better communication and responds right away.

Wonderful l/condo location, beautiful Roatan
Beautiful location, spacious, appeciated the keyless entry and the property manager was very responsive re: questions and trouble shooting. Appreciated the privacy of the location and proximity to the water, but close enough to take a sea taxi to West End. In addition really loved being able to walk on the boardwalk to get to the other Bay area, for beach bars and restaurants. We enoyed swimming and snorkelling to the 2 reefs just in front of the condo, overall excellent for snorkelling and the scuba diving we did. Appreciated the jugs of water and ease of replacement of same, just outside the property. Watch out for the invisable sand fleas, we were bitten pretty bad, until we realized the need to spray our legs down if walking in the sand. The pool was under construction when we where there for the 2 weeks. We look forward to returning in 2 years time and being able to go for a dip. The outdoor shower and hose was great, after coming out of the salt water. Loved that we had the use of a gas bbq, we used this several times. There were 5 of us staying the first week and and 4 of us for the 2nd week, the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was wonderful to have (2nd floor and 3rd floor).

Great location with amazing view right on the beach. Quite but close to the action of West Bay and West end. Only bad thing was that the pool was out of commission while we were there but really wasnā€™t a big issue as the beach and ocean are at your door step.

The Villa is located on the beach and a short walk to everything. The sunset from the deck was amazing. Debbie the host was wonderful and really cared about making the vacation easy and enjoyable. This was a perfect place for our family.

This rental condo was exactly as described and was extremely convenient to all sorts of water activities and restaurants but without the noise. Nice touches ā€” labels on light and fan switches and plenty of basic supplies ā€” made this condo easy to navigate. Owner had nice artwork, books and games ā€” and a wonderful local property manager who was very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location!
I don't think you'll find a better location to stay in Roatan! Solitude of your own beach just 30 steps from the door but a very short walk to the vibrant life of beautiful West Bay beach. We were blessed to see toucans every morning in the trees as we had our morning coffee on the deck. They were such a treat! The shining star of this condo is the master bedroom with an amazing view. What a great way to wake up every morning! The dive shop next door was good to work with and super convenient for renting snorkel gear. The bar/restaurant next door has a great happy hour and their deck has an excellent vibe! Debbie the condo owner and Conny her property manager were very easy to contact if needed. Overall we had a great week and would definitely go back!

Absolute Best Vacation Ever!!!
Location Location Location...the condo is close to everything yet secluded enough to get away from it all. Everything is within walking distance..steps to the beach for great snorkeling, small walk on the beach to so many restaurants and activities. The most beautiful beach you have ever seen. A rental car is not needed since there are water taxis to take you from West Bay to West end. We really likes that everything seemed to quite down around 9pm or so, not that it was ever loud.

Loved the location of this property. You can walk to the prettiest part of west bay beach with all the restaurants & bars in minutes or retreat to the quiet area right in front of the condo. Loved having Las Rocas resort right next door. Walked over to it in 1 minute to dive, eat & drink at restaurant. Will definitely be back!

Perfectly Paradise!
This condo was absolutely wonderful! The condo itself was very comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed for a week vacation and the location was absolutely perfect. The beach out front was very calm for the kids to play in and secluded from the west bay crowds. Even on cruise ship days, people rarely wander around Las Rocas. You get the secluded beach feel with the fun atmosphere of west bay just a few hundred yards away. The best snorkeling is down in west bay (5 minute walk), but the kids found some really fun stuff right in front of the condo including eels, a giant green moray eel, octopus, lobster, lion fish, jelly fish and so much more! Debbie checked in on us to make sure everything was ok and Conny answered any questions that popped up throughout the week. The banana bread and empanada men came by every morning; make sure to try them both! They come by around 8 am along the beach. Cruise ship days get a little crowded along west bay beach, but very fun atmosphere. We enjoyed crab races, live music, fire dancing and good food at Bananarama! The boys also figured out how to climb the 20 foot dock (slightly broke but still sturdy!! Definitely a must do) in west bay and jump off into the ocean. After a few jumps, everyone on the beach gave it a go! The condo location on the island is great and a very short drive or water taxi to west end. Our last night the ocean washed up bioluminescence on the beach, that was so fun to see and splash onto the shore; making the sand glow! We would love to return soon to Roatan and this location and condo would be the first place we check.

Great location for the beach
We loved our stay. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and so many restaurants. The view was so peaceful watching the water taxis going by and every morning the birds would visit us. We think they were Macaws. The water taxis would drop us off at the condo if we ask them to. The place is very quiet and the beach is great. There is enough activity near by and yet if you want to be left alone its perfect. The place was well stocked and the owners and management were easy to communicate with during our stay. We recommend this place for up to 6 people. The upper patio is so nice to watch the sunset. we loved that the bedrooms had their own air conditioning. We never heard any neighbors when inside the condo. Internet was great, we never even turned on the tv so cant say anything about that. We hope to return for another visit sometime. Thank you Debbie for sharing your place with us.

Wish we had stayed longer!
We stayed 4 nights, but should've stayed longer! Such a great location and property. Ada and Rueben (property managers) were great for rides and setting up excursions. Debbie (Owner) was very good at responding to questions I had. We enjoyed the parrots in the tree by the unit and the quiet location but so close to bars and restaurants. We went to Trattoria next door at Las Rocas and it had great 2 for 1 happy hour drinks. Beds were very comfortable. Unit was well stocked with the essentials. The only issue was lots of mosquitos/bugs, so we weren't able to enjoy being outside as much as we would've liked. We were warned about it and brought bug spray. Hopefully they aren't as bad during other times of the year.

Nice beachfront property
Communication was great with both the owner and property manager. Location was close to everything, yet secluded. Told the manager about minor repairs that needed done, and it is being handled. Roatan was also great. Good people everywhere we went. Vendors on the beach got annoying after a few days of asking us to buy the same stuff, but they were a lot more polite than I've experienced elsewhere. We may try a different location next time we visit, but only because we want to learn more about the island.

Best beach trip ever.
This is a second story condo with steps that lead from the back porch to the beach. There is a nice outdoor shower available before going up. The pool is shared with the other 5 condos but was never an issue during our stay. You are in a private cove with the larger populated beach with all the attractions a short walk away. Everything you need, except groceries, is a short walk away. Ada, the manager, was readily available and helpful in arranging tours during our stay. The owners were super helpful in assuring we had a great stay. Our group consisted of 3 kids and 6 adults and the condo accommodated us perfectly. We look forward to making this a regular trip!

Perfect Roatan vacation spot!
My family of 5 loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed and plenty of room for us and our young adult children. Easy walking access to everything in West Bayā€¦snorkeling, restaurants, etc. Setting up the details of the rental with Debbi was so easy and she answered all inquiries quickly. While in Roatan we enjoyed the property managers, Ada and Ruben. They made all our reservations for activities and provided car rides as needed. They also took us to/from the airport. Weā€™d return for sure!

Amazing ocean view!
It was easy renting and checking in. Property manager Ada was very nice and helpful. We were very happy with the location and place. The property needs some updating and new utensils in the kitchen and also one of the bathroom toilets needs to get fixed. Other than that we were happy with the unit.

This unit is in need of a lot of work. Only having 1 key for 2 couples was an issue. The lack of warm water and amount of time to get it was frustrating. The condition of plumbing fixtures needs repair or upgrading. There is a lot of lose flooring and in need of repair. The amount of mould on walls being I have a mould allergy I was taking allergy medication daily. It was disappointing when power went out we were the only unit not on generator. Your people at the complex were wonderful helping us when asked . The beach area was raked daily and pool cleaned daily. The location is perfect and we hope to return in future. Thank you very much for making our stay so wonderful.
