Food was really good, the hotel was so clean and everything well organized. We had a room in front of the pool and just steps away we could enjoy the beach. We had an amazing experience and will be coming back for sure. Thanks to staff for 5 star service! Hasta pronto Henry Morgan!

Overall good. The property was beautiful. Food was great, the room was just average, maybe a tad below. It was clean but dated. The shower head and bathroom faucet was a mist. Sheets were rough and the blanket included was scratchy fleece. They had a night show that was pretty loud and lasted til 11pm, so hard to fall asleep to that, and there were bright lights outside not blocked by the curtains. The drinks that were included were good and a nice variety (beer and mixed drinks) Staff was very friendly, but be prepared for a bunch of people everywhere trying to sell you an excursion or something. Itā€™s definitely family friendly, with some activities for the kids. Pools were nice. The grounds were well maintained. If youā€™re a drinker and want included food it was great. Walking distance to everything

The staff was very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. What I wasnā€™t afawn of was the salty water in the resort. Even the shower water was very salty. The bathroom was mid for an expensive resort like this one I expected the design to be better. The food was great. The night activities even better.

The ALL-INCLUSIVE is not all inclusive, unless you enjoy Miller Lite and High life beer. They will charge you extra for everything else, including lattes, champagne for mimosas. The staff was rude at times, the food was NOT good at all. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Other than the rooms being slightly outdated (J1.J2,J3) it was really beautiful with nice staff, fun environment and the food was actually edible unlike some other resorts Iā€™ve been to. I will recommend this place to others and if I go back to RoatĆ”n Iā€™ll stay here again!

There was not enough places to eat one restaurant and one snack bar It would also be nice in more of the resort employees know English like bar tenders and security also they need to clean up the grounds

The first day arrived at the hotel I was miserable. I had requested a room ocean view and the hotel never responded any of my mails . I was assigned a room with no trees around in the B31 section. It was so hot. No winds blew. According to the manager there was no more room available. Only one card key is given per two person in a room. The sink was damage. The next day July 25, I had to basically plea to get another room and a card key for the room. Thanks God that there is an Angel named Kimberly that understand customers needs and is very supportive. She was very helpful in getting our family transportation. The hotel need more people that know how to deal with customers like Kimberly. The food si very good, the workers at the cafeteria are excellent. Canā€™t complain about the food. The drinks at the bar not good. I wanted Honduran beers not miller lite and cheap sugary drinks. The hotel looks good but too hot and too many mosquitoes. .The taxi and bus drivers are very friendly specially Celin . Celin and George were constantly checking on us and offering their help. The dancers from Tegucigalpa excellent show.
