In general, I felt the property was very well located, I liked the bungalow environment, and the people in general were exceptionally accommodating. I do intend on coming back with my wife in 2025 and staying at the same place.

Everything was perfect for our trip, we didnā€™t spend much time in the room because there was so much to do around. But the property is in the center of everything but it is quiet here. Not a lot of pesky vendors and the restaurant on property serves very good food. There is a water taxi station right on the beach so no need to travel by car anywhere. We would definitely stay at this property again .

Staff was friendly and kind. Price was perfect for what you get. Beds were stiff. AC was perfect! Grounds were clean. Neighboring peoperty was vacant, had trash, and made access to West Bay not as pretty. Exhaust from water taxis docking at Las Rocas while one was eating made breathing during a meal not so exquisite. Plus side was that dock at Las Rocas made getting a water taxi super easy.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Las Rocas!!!! The food bomb I swear!!!! The view back breath taking. The service was awesome. I loved my stay here!!! It was very affordable.

This is a lovely resort right at the end of West Bay. We loved the fact that it was directly on the water so that we could take in the sunset every evening. The restaurant had great food and amazing Monkey La La's during happy hour. We loved snorkeling from West Bay! However we have found much better dive operations in West End, as our dive lacked safety protocols. But as far as location and value goes, it was great.

The food and the view from the restaurant are fantastic. Winson the main server is incredible and always plays great music too. We loved how close this resort was to West Bay Beach without being right on it. We did the walk along the shore to west end which took about 45 min. It was a great location. The cabins are rustic but decent.
