Location, location, location!! A little piece of paradise right on beautiful Mangrove Bight in Roatan's West End. This modern one bedroom suite was recently renovated to include a full kitchen, new furniture in the living area, renovated bathroom, and an expansive private covered outdoor space right on the water. We provide kayaks and a paddleboard for guest use, the bay in front of the property is perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding! The suite is in the lower floor of our home Casa Amarilla where we would love to have you come and be our guests! The location is very quiet as it is nestled between the mangroves right on the bay, yet it is only a short two minute walk to the heart of the main tourist area of West End. No need for a rental car with plenty of top notch restaurants and dive shops, and the beautiful swimming beach at Half Moon Bay right down the road.

The suite is 630 sq. ft. including a large bedroom with king size bed, large bathroom with walk in shower, and living room with full kitchen. The large covered outdoor space right on the water has just been expanded and completed with porcelain tile. You also have access to our private dock which is perfect for sunbathing, stargazing, or watching the sunrise while sipping your morning coffee. The added convenience for divers is that you don't have to hike your gear to and from the dive shop as they provide pick up and drop p off service right from our private dock!

Cable and high speed internet are included.

We provide pickup service to and from the airport for stays of 7 nights or more, and are happy to offer assistance with booking activities during your stay with us. Wow!! Deana and Marks place was stunning. We were on a completely private oasis without a care in the world. Our wonderful hosts were extremely responsive to any and all questions. West end and Half moon bay are the best!
This area was so peaceful with the laid back from way back feel. Whole town and atmosphere was that way, people are kind and awesome. You feel a true community vibe and connection. The condo is great with a beautiful view on the patio, and hummingbird visits enjoying the nectar from the flowers. The garden area is quaint and relaxing. Bed was very comfy as well as the entire condo inside and out. Thanks Deanna and Mark for being perfect hosts! And a big thumbs up to the transportation and grocery stop, very accommodating!

From the time we booked and throughout our stay, communication with Deana and Mark was so easy and helpful. We travel a lot and both agree this rental has been one of our favourites, and had everything we needed and more. We absolutely loved the outdoor space and access to the dock and kayaks. Having the convenience of a driver to pick up / drop off at the airport and get groceries was so appreciated. Can’t say enough about this place and their recommendations on things to see/do on the island. The location is so convenient, you have water front views and only minutes away from restaurants and the beach. Already planning our return trip next year! Great location, property and host
Our stay in September was amazing. It started with Deana setting up a pickup for us from the airport. the driver was waiting and ready. plus he stopped at the grocery store on the way so were set to go. Deana and Mark met us when we arrived and got us set up with the code and answered all of our questions. The place is beautifully, clean and right on the water. Plus a huge bonus is that they have a UV filter so the water was safe to drink. Huge convenience. The place had all of the things we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. Also the grill was excellent and we used it at least 5 nights. The snorkeling at the entrance to the bay was excellent, however i recommend that you tie the kayak or paddle board to your ancle to make it easier for the boats to see you. the location was amazing. a 4 minute walk to east end and a ton of bar/restaurants. also a 4 minute walk to a water taxi to get you to West Bxperience. Your review can help guests looking for their next getaway. Title* Great location, property and host Tell us about your stay*ay Beach. we also rented a car for 2 days and went to the East side. I highly recommend renting. just go slow. The apartment, location and hosts were amazing. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Amarillo. Our hosts Deanna and Mark were wonderful. The unit was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The view off the back and from the dock was amazing. We enjoyed frequent hummingbird visits and the waves of butterflies flying west at sunset. It is a very easy walk to half moon bay where there are many restaurants and bars, but when you get back it is very calm and quiet until the roosters crow and you can start a new day. Enjoy paddling in the beight. We sure did!

Peaceful Vacation Spot
The property was a perfect vacation getaway for us. It is secluded and quiet but close to everything in West End. The hosts were super nice and friendly. The transportation provided to and from the airport was the icing on the cake for us.

Beautiful Casa Amarilla
We spent two weeks at Casa Amarilla and loved the property. It was well designed and perfect for two people. The yard was beautiful, well maintained and the view on the bay was very relaxing. Restaurants and the half-moon bay were at a walking distance from the property. Deana and Mark were extremely helpful and very patient with our questions. We highly recommend the Casa Amarilla to anyone who want to spend a comfortable and yet quiet time in Roatan.

Casa Amarilla - January, 2023
We had an absolutely AWESOME stay at Casa Amarillo. Online presentation was 100% accurate. Super clean. Quiet location but easy walk to West End and walking distance from some great restaurants. Betty gave us a great mini tour to help us get acquainted with the area. Deana and Mark were great hosts and all communications were very clear. Fabulous location, great space & amazing people
We really enjoyed our 3 week stay at Casa Amarilla. It was our 2nd trip to Roatan and we wanted to explore more of the island, dive, and relax. While Casa Amarilla is very close to West End, it is far enough away that you don't feel like you are in town. Very quiet serene landscape with areas for sun & shade with a great dock for stargazing. The space is well appointed and very comfortable. Hosts, Mark & Deana, were great with all sorts of recommendations and were very responsive. We are already making plans to come back & stay again.

Finally made it!
We had a lovely stay at Casa Amarilla. It's so quiet and peaceful, it's hard to believe the main tourist area is just a few minutes walk down the road, with lots of great restaurants and shops. Cafe de PaIo and Loretta's are fantastic and just steps away. Wave's Art Gallery is worth checking out for great local art. Lots of places to grab a bite and a drink as you watch the sunset over the water. It was always so nice to come back and relax on the dock after being out all day. Mark and Deana are perfect hosts. I am so glad we finally made it out to Roatan after our 2 year delay.

Island Paradise
This is absolutely perfect fir a couples get away. Its very sucluded, with a gorgeous view. The gardens are amazing. We saw iguanas, what his, and chickens on the property. An added bonus is that it's just a few minutes walk to the West End area where all the dive shops, restaurants, grocery stores and souvenir shops are. The West End beach in front of Ginger's is great for a short snorkeling experience. Ginger's and Loretta's have great food. Mark and Deanna are always smiling and gracious host. We can't wait to come back next year.
