I recently had the pleasure of staying at Splash Inn, which is in a very convenient location and boasts a friendly staff that made my experience enjoyable. However, I did face a couple of challenges during my stay. The bed was quite hard, and the mattress was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, while the coffee and drinks were excellent, the food didn't quite capture the local flavors I was hoping for as a tourist. If the management could address these two areas, I believe they would significantly enhance customer satisfaction and see a positive impact on their business. Overall, Splash Inn has great potential with just a few improvements!

Hotel was perfect for us. Humble but adequate. Place to swim off the pier where we saw a few fish, lobster and hermit crab. Crystal clear water. Friendly staff. Central location.

They provided everything needed for a scuba vacation and the diving is excellent. At the end of an 8 day stay wanted to stay longer. Next year the plan is to return for a longer stay. Again, the diving is excellent.

Mediocre hotel
This is a mediocre hotel for the price range. The rooms are old looking. The water in the shower doesnā€™t get hot. Staff are not very helpful and are slow to respond for assistance. Do your due diligence, you can find a lot better at this price range, including free breakfast. Pros: decent restaurant with a number of choices; food tasted good; and, conveniently located near dives shops, various bars and restaurants, and gift shops.

Very nice smallish hotel (26 rooms) with an integrated dive shop, centrally located in West End. The owners and staff were absolutely great. Definitely recommend and intend to return with friends next year. The only issue we had was the rooster every morning. However, Splash Inn promised to hire a sniper to take it out. Thanks R. Much appreciated. Haha
