All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO towels for swimming pool.

Enough wood will be supplied for the fireplace/slow combustion wood heater for the first two nights. After that, guests must purchase top-up wood and kindling from the local petrol stations at their own cost.

This property has multiple dwellings. You have private entry into your own fully self-contained villa. The owners live on-site in a separate dwelling and will afford you the utmost privacy.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Beautiful romantic getaway at the villa!
Very beautiful and impressive property, perfect for a romantic getaway for the two of us. The property is quite far from the hustle and bustle, very secluded in Robertson. There was livestock and animals on the property which always made it a little exciting to enter the huge gates. Even though the pool was meant to be shared with the other guests, we had the entire area to ourselves. The living room is the only open space without blinds otherwise it’s very private. Perfect little getaway. The only thing is the villa and pool could do with a little TLC.

This was a beautiful location and the accommodation was of a very high standard with every possible comfort. David and David were excellent hosts. The pool house is very well equipped and comfortable and also with complete privacy, lovely outlook over rolling hills and the gorgeous pool and surrounding gardens. A very peaceful and tranquil location.

My kind of weekend getaway...
Linden Hall is a gorgeous property and what a way to experience it! The pool house is the perfect size for a couple with views of the pool as well as the stunning surrounding landscapes. Sleep to the sounds of peace and wake up to birds chirping and a variety of farm animals in the distance. Start your morning in the huge & wonderful shower which overlooks the divine view. Hidden gem in Robertson
A stunning estate. The pictures don't do this place justice. When we arrived at Linden Hall we thought we were in the wrong place it was so regal driving through the main gates. David and co have done an amazing job building the estate. The pool house itself is super cosy enough for 2 people during the colder months even though we didn't use the pool. We'd certainly recommend staying here and we'll probably come back with a larger group at the guest house on the property next time

Nice property and owner but a few issues raised
The property was really nice. We were greeted by David as we arrived, and shown our stay. We stayed at the pool house, which was beautiful. However, we were quite surprised that the pool is actually shared with other residents on the property on the day from 10am to 6pm. David did state that it was on the website, however I doubled checked and it does not say that. Another thing is, it was quite hot. And on arrival, we we were told that the fan in the living room was not working. This is a bit problematic because the house is made from stone and it was extremely hot indoors. And the pool was quite dirty which put us off swimming to cool down. Overall, the property was aesthetically beautiful however needs a few adjustments.

The most relaxing weekend away anyone could ever ask for...enjoyed every moment of our stay.
After a busy few weeks my partner and I decided on a short trip to unwind and relax. We chose Linden Hall for its location and what was on offer. We both loved our stay. David met us at the gate and showed us to the pool house. The moment we arrived we knew we had chosen a beautiful place to relax. The pool house was clean and everything we would require (basic essentials) were available. The pool house is located away from the main residence which gives you privacy but close enough if you need something. We had the most relaxing weekend, enjoying our breakfast outside by the pool and exploring the beautiful grounds. The town of Robertson is a short drive away to grab a few items to cook, butcher and fruit and veg. Everything else was available. It truly was a home away from home. Will be coming back again in the summer to be able to enjoy the pool. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

My partner and I stayed on the pool house for a weekend getaway and simply loved it. The gardens at the hall are stunning and the pool house is tucked away on one side of the grounds so it was very private. Highly recommend
