The worst hotel experience I have ever encountered in all my years of traveling. Staff was very unprofessional, rude, deceitful, incompetent totally. At the same time front desk staff had children on their lap at the front desk like it was the norm. I stayed at the hotel for several hours attempting to check in, on the phone with Hotels customer service during the ordeal with an associate named Patrick and attached are photos of all issues mentioned respectively. I drove over 4 hours to experience this ordeal and with the time past midnight and distance from home and the time of night and too late to drive after a long drive beforehand. I had no option but to get whatever was available at that time of the night which was horrible. The groceries I brought with me to cook in the kitchenette as being the first time ever staying at this Marriott brand type.

My husband and I haven’t visited Sam’s Town in over 20 years. Decided to stop on our trip from Texas to Ohio. The staff was so rude it made the stay horrible. Went to get a players card and the girl behind the desk was talking to the couple in front of us like she had all the time in the world. When we got to the desk she wouldn’t even look up at us and refused to answer our questions. I then asked the security girl where the bill changer was and she replied with “really, you just walked right past it” and I didn’t even come from the direction she pointed. So rude, the place is dated and smelled and the staff is horrible. Will not stay again.

We had a great time in the casino and the drinks were great. We stayed in a smoking room and arrived to ashes all over the nightstand and carpet. The room was extremely dark even with all the lamps on. The lamp shades were old and cracked. The bed was comfortable and clean though.

Nice casino no real issues other than you could use more stuff around the casino like restaurant and shopping. Also a bigger gift shop inside the casino would have been nice. I been in hospital with bigger gift shops.
